Chapter 6

**Don't pay attention to the Spanish on the screen if you watch the video**

We reached Luke's house in a matter of about 10 minutes.

"There's his house," Calum pointed at a house a little bit away from us.  I nodded, I didn't realize that one of my idols house was literally in walking distance from my house. This could be useful... just kidding. I'm not some freak stalker. As we got to the end of Luke's driveway, I started freaking out. By freaking out, I literally mean freaking out. Like hyperventilating. Calum noticed and looked at me, since I stopped while he kept walking.

"What's wrong?" he asked.

"I'm about to go into Luke Hemmings house. What do you think is wrong?" I said. He just laughed at me and walked back over.

"It's okay. You're going to be fine," he replied. I nodded.

"What if they don't like me?" I worriedly asked.

"They will. Don't worry. Now let's go in and you can meet them. You already met me and by the looks of your wall I'd say that I'm your favorite so you'll be fine," he said and I blushed.

"Yeah ok," I said and we started walking up the driveway to the front door. Calum took out his key, that I guess Luke gave him and opened up the door. We walked in and took off our shoes. Going into the kitchen, Calum yelled.

"We're here!"

"We're downstairs!" I heard someone yell back. I think it was Luke.

"Let's go," he said and led us to a staircase at the back of the house. We started walking down it when I heard the front door open and close.

"Must be Luke's dad," Calum said and we continued going down the stairs. We reached the bottom of the stairs and right in front of us was a couch with 1 of the boys sitting on it playing video games and the other was playing on his phone, with their backs facing us. We walk over to another couch and sat on it. I was so trying to keep my cool.

"Hey guys," Calum said looking at them. We got a few mumbled "heys" thrown our way.

"Uhh guys? I'd like you to meet Hayley." I looked at them as the game was paused and they looked at us.

"Hey Hayley. I'm Michael, but you can call me Mikey," Michael smiled.

"Hey I'm Ashton, but you can call me Ash," Ashton said.

"Where's Luke?" Calum asked the 2 boys.

"Oh he had to go and help his dad with something," Ash said. Calum nodded.

"Okay well you'll have to meet him when he get's down here," he told me and I nodded.

"It was nice meeting you Mikey and Ash," I smiled at them keeping my inner fangirl inside me. It was really hard. We sat there for about 5 more minutes watching Mikey play video games when Luke comes down the stairs.

"Sorry guys. My dad wanted help with unloading some stuff from his car," he said. "Hey Cal and..." he stopped all of a sudden.  "Oh my god." I looked at him closely while he was staring at me. Why is he staring at me like that? Honestly it's a little bit scary.

"H- Hayley?" Luke asked stuttering a bit.

"Yes...? How do you know my name? We've never met," I asked him confused. His eyes started watering as he took another step closer to me.

"You don't remember me?"

"No...? Should I?" I asked getting more confused by the second.

"I'm your brother Hayley," he asked finally letting his tears fall freely. I could feel my eyes starting to water.

"Really?" I whispered. Luke nodded. I could feel the tears falling freely down my face. He took another step closer to me and wrapped his arms around me. That's when I started sobbing into his chest. He hugged me tighter, and I could feel his tears hitting my shoulder. We just stood hugging for about 10 minutes. It was silent in the room, all you could here was our crying. We finally let go just to start hugging again. After about 5 more minutes, we finally let go and just stared at each other.

"I can't believe it's really you Hayley," Luke said and that made a couple more tears fall from my eyes. I nodded.

"Yeah it's really me Luke," I laughed a little. He smiled but that then turned into a frown.

"How did you not know that I was your brother?" he asked me.

"Mum never showed any pictures of you or dad. I don't know who he is either,"  I frowned. He just nodded.

"Well. I bet you weren't expecting your tall and awkward brother to be in a famous band did you?" he laughed and so did I.

"No actually I wasn't. To be honest I'm actually just going to say it now to get it over with. But I thought you were actually really cute," I blushed. I should not have said that, but they were going to find out eventually. All of the boys started laughing at me.

"Heeey! Stop laughing, you guys were all going to find out eventually," I whined.

"So I'm your favorite?" Luke asked me as all of the other boys shut up.

"Actually no, but since you're my brother I guess you are now," I laughed.

"So then who's your favorite?" Mikey asked me all of a sudden serious. Guess those video games aren't very important to him anymore. I looked at Calum with a big blush on my face. His face started turning red as well. They all looked from me to him a couple of times.

I think I know who she like the most!" Ashton yelled. I blushed and hid my face in Luke shoulder. Luke started laughing and just patted my head like I was a dog. I jerked my head away from him and smacked his hand away.

"Not the hair Luke!" I yelled fixing my hair. The boys laughed.

"Luke she is definitely your sister," Calum laughed.

"Shut up Cal." Luke said and fixed his hair even though no one touched it.

"Luke how come you never told us that you had a sister?" Mikey asked. Luke shrugged.

"I didn't really want to talk about it. Our mum and dad got divorced when I was only 5 and she was 3. I guess it's just been a bit of a soft spot. I really missed you Hayley," Luke explained looking at me now.

"I missed you too even though I don't remember you that much," I said as I hugged him again.

"It's okay. We were really little I honestly don't remember much either but I definitely remember our forts we used to make."

*Flashback*

"Hayley! Go get the blankets, I'll get the pillows," my brother yelled at me already running to get his stuff. I ran off in the opposite direction to go get the blankets. After we got the stuff we ran to his room and started putting together out fort.

"NO! Hayley, you're going to mess it up! Be careful!" he yelled and ran over to help me. We put the pillow back in the right spot and fixed the blanket. After a few more finishing touches we were able to successfully build the rest of our fort.

"TA-DA!" Luke yelled jumping up and down. I laughed and we grabbed hands and started jumping. We fell on the ground and laughed for about 5 minutes.

"Let's go in," Luke said and crawled into the space between everything. I crawled in after him.

"We have everything in here! We could live in here," he exclaimed, pointing to the TV and the extra blankets and pillows. I laughed.

"Yeah we could! But I don't think mum and dad will let us," I said frowning. He frowned also and nodded his head.

"Yeah," he sighed as our mum called us to lunch. We crawled our way out of the fort and made our way downstairs to eat with our mum and dad.

*Flashback Ended*

I laughed and nodded. I definitely remembered that to, now that I think about it. I can't believe I met my brother today, and he's in my favorite band. A lot has happened today but it is honestly one of the best days of my life.  Luke was about to say something else when someone came down the stairs.

"Hey Lu-  Hayley?"
