Yns pov:
15 years later...
"Hanna go get dressed!" I yelled as Hanna ran into the living room with her bra and panties on.
This girl.
She started dancing in place, singing along to her dads song with a broomstick.
"Hanna, this is your last warning. Get dressed now." I said in a low tone.
She dropped the broomstick and walked back up the stairs.
Justin walked right past her down the stairs.
"Why-"
"Don't ask." I shook my head.
I wonder about that girl.
Hanna came back down the stairs with a floral dress on and her hair in a braid. "That's much better!" I cooed.
She is so cute.
She looked a little shy and red faced.
"Honey what's up?" I asked, lifting up her chin so her eyes matched with mine.
"Can I go to the movies..?" She asked.
Justin jumped and dropped his phone. "With who?!" He asked really loud.
"A guy.." She mumbled.
Me and Justin looked at each other.
What.
Our baby is growing up way too fast.
"Who is this guy..?" I asked her.
She looked down and smiled.
"It's carter." Her smile grew larger and larger.
Hanna and carter have been best friends since they were each three months old.
Since that one night when Lucy came over.
Justin relaxed. His shoulders fell back into place and he didn't look so tense anymore.
"Well that's fine." Justin shook his head yeah and kneeled down to the ground to get his phone.
"You can go with him but only because you two are friends." I said.
Justin nodded.
We are so over protective of our daughter and she is getting to an age where she is going to start liking boys.
The most terrifying years for a parent.
"Well, actually, we're going as a date." She spoke shyly.
Justin dropped his phone again.
My jaw dropped.
"What?!" Justin and I shouted at the same time.
Justin looks like he was going to punch something, or someone.
Hanna backed away.
I grabbed Justin by his upper arm and dragged him away from Hanna.
"Should we let her go?" He asked me.
"Of course we should!" I said.
"But-" "remember... We were best friends too when we were little. Now look where we are. Just let her go." I begged.
Justin stood there, not speaking, but thinking. Out of nowhere a huge smile grew on his face.
"Okay..." He smiled.
I walked back over to Hanna.
"Okay you can go. Just don't do anything silly." I winked at her.
She knows what I'm talking about.
"Thank you thank you thank you THANK YOU!" I love you!" Hanna screamed and grabbed me and Justin in for a group hug.
"Love you too." I kissed her forehead.
The doorbell rang.
"Better get going." Hanna smiled and fixed her hair.
"How do I look?" She asked.
I looked at her. She is beautiful.
"Amazing."
She smiled and opened the door.
Carter stood there with a rose.
"Ready?" He asked her.
She nodded.
He held out her hand and they walked away.
"Have fun!" Justin shouted before closing the door.
He turned around and faced me.
"She's growing up too fast."
