The Summer I Fell In Love

Chapter 2

************ Skyler's POV **************

It was now the day of the trip I was super excited but I still couldn't get what Trevor said to me it played through my mind over and over again, "there's this girl I think I'm in love with but I can't find a way to tell her. What should I do?" I hope I could get it out of my mind.

My thoughts were interrupted when Trevor bumped into me trying to get my bags. Once we got everything packed into the 2 cars. One car was for me,Trevor, Maurice, and Cameron. The other car would have Kenzie, Tia, Hunter, and Sean.

"Hey" Trevor said.

"Hey. How are you?" I asked

"Great, I hope what I said yesterday didn't bother you. I was just hoping for an honest opinion."

"Oh it's fine." Really it wasn't I wish I could have told him right there but I had to go to the drivers side door to get in.

Once I got in I already felt better when I drive everything becomes clearer and it helps me think.

5 hours later

We finally got to the beach house and I immediately wanted to go on the beach and walk but I decided to get something to eat first.

I walked in and it was so beautiful for the walls to the floors it was beautiful. I wanted to stay here forever. Everybody went upstairs and picked their rooms Maurice (Trevor's sister) and I decided to share a room, Kenzie and Tia shared a room and Hunter and Cameron shared a room and Sean and Trevor got their own room.

Once we settled in we decided to go to a diner near the house.

We went in and sat down. I sat next to Kenzie and Trevor. We ordered and suddenly I felt a hand on my hand. Trevor was holding my hand then he whispered "will you take a walk with me once we get back to the house?"

I got goosebumps and finally said "sure. Why do you want to?"

"I just wanted to tell you something." He said.

Once we ate we were invited to a huge beach party. We decided to go but that meant I couldn't talk to Trevor. I guess he could wait to tell me.

I went home and changed into my floral dress which was my favorite, my pink wedge sandals, and I put a flower in my hair, and a little make up to look decent.

We arrived at the party and it was packed I felt a little nervous because I don't like crowds of people. Suddenly I felt a hand on the small of my back it was Trevor.

"You'll be fine don't worry."

His words soothed me and I felt fine.

"Thanks"

I turned around but he was gone I had to go find him and see why be wanted to talk to me.

I searched everywhere but I couldn't find him.

I turned a corner and bumped into something hard.

"Sorry I didn't see you there." I said.

"Oh it's fine. I'm Jordin." He stuck his hand out and I shook it.

"Hi I'm Skyler. I'm so sorry I'm a klutz." I could feel my cheeks burning with embarrassment.

I looked up at him he was very good looking he had sparkling green eyes you could fall into, his hair was curly and it fell into his eyes put he ran his band through it, his chest was toned I felt it when I bumped into him.
