Fenchurch Street, London

He felt strangely nervous as he waited for news of his inducement. It had been necessary, of course, there had been no other choice. The voice of his secretary seemed unusually loud, resounding from the intercom on his pretty mahogany desk.

"Your appointment is here." She said, "Will you recieve them?"

He pressed the button that unmuted the microphone. "Yes, thank you."

He straightened his back into a more majestic position and adjusted his tie. A perfect appearance was as mighty a weapon as the psychological tricks he had been taught during numerous - and mostly pointless - manager seminars. And it certainly wouldn't hurt to exert his authority when dealing with this specific kind of visitor.

The doors opened, and the person he had expected entered in a fairly dramatic manner. Tall in height, with black clothes - and sure a certain amount of elegance.

"I have done the deed", his visitor informed him, a fine smile curling their lips. "Didst thou not hear a noise?"

Macbeth. He chose not to react to the quote. "I am glad to hear it. Did you find the documents?"

The visitor seemed disappointed. "No. They were not in the drawer. Someone else must have gotten there first..."

"Well, at least we can be sure it wasn't her."

The visitor smiled once more. "That woman is way ahead of you in any respect. You should consider recruiting her instead of..."

"I don't remember having asked for your opinion." He snapped.

"Fine, fine. I won't open this mouth again but to ask a single question: Have you finally found her?"

"GCQH is already tracking her, and they will give the information to our trusted partner, who will hand the files over to us. But let's not talk of this now, we will deal with her as soon as the time has come. What of the other one?"

"The... other one?" Confusion appeared on the visitor's face.

"Apart from the lady I already mentioned, there is only one person left who could pose a threat to us. The one who stole the documents in the first place. I don't think he is alive anymore, but still, we should make sure he won't cross our path if he is. Talk to the good doctor in Sector B, he'll tell you everything."

"Consider it done." This visitor gave a short nod. "Anything else I can do for you?"

"That would be it. For now."
