I had a crush on the cutest boy in our year, Ivory Conley. It started in year seven, when he came late to class so he sat beside me in the Biology lab. He was my partner for that day and after everything I just fell in love.

"Todays class was awesome Liv. You're a great Biology Partner. See you around " He said to me, grinning. His eyes shined so impossibly blue that I was convinced he had his own sky inside of him. As he smiled his dimples came out and my heart sank. I was a sucker for blue eyes and dimples. After then I stalked his every moves, stalked his Facebook page and so on.

I was obsessed, every time he posted a picture on Facebook I would be the first to like it. I thought that maybe if I continued stalking him he would eventually notice me but no, he avoided me like the plague. He would kiss other girls in front of me because he knew I liked him and he wanted me to back off but, I didn't care. I still had a massive crush on him.

After PE classes I always felt like I was on cloud nine. I wasn't as talented as most girls, but if there was one thing I could beat everyone at it was climbing. Rope climbing, mountain climbing. As I climb and go higher it's like I'm moving far away from my fears and troubles, like they'll never get to me ever again, but as I fall I feel trapped in my fears, like I just can't push them away anymore.

So during PE we were rope climbing and unlike most girls that didn't want to ruin their manicure and what not, I climbed the rope, got to the top and rang the bell. I felt even better when I came down and I saw Ivor smiling at me. He was actually smiling at me. To me, that was better than Coach yelling my name for being his favorite student ever. That said something because Coach never ever called anyone his favorite student. It was because I had even done better than most of the boys.

The mini me like in Lizzie McGuire was doing back flips after seeing Ivor Conley smile at us. She also received an award for best female athlete.

Isobel ran to congratulate me. She like the rest of the girls sat on the bleachers, refusing to partake in any strenuous activities. I looked around until my eyes finally locked with the familiar blue eyes. This time he wasn't smiling at me, he was smirking, almost mockingly. His smirk hid some evilness to him that I had still not encountered. It was ironic, after two years of obsessing over Ivor, the one day he finally noticed me I wasn't that into him anymore. I still was, just a small part of me wasn't.

My vision of Ivor was blocked as a figure came and stood in front of me. It was a boy. This was weird to me because I taller than most of the boys in my set, even Ivor.

I raised my head until my eyes locked with his. It was Noah Parker, I didn't even need an introduction because I remembered that set of blue eyes walking into Physics class like he owned it. Noah was the new kid. For a new kid, he wasn't shy or friendless. He was popular and notorious. Just on his first day, I heard he was already running for a captain post on the junior footy team, and he wasn't even a member of the team! Two days ago he got into trouble for pranking Mr Crawlton, he was already a legend.

The side of Noah a lot of people saw was the notorious side, based on the rumors flying about him around school. The side of Noah I saw as I stared at him was an angelic side. He looked almost perfect, almost, but not quite. His blue eyes were the kind of blue you could stare at forever, just because they held that many secrets to keep you entertained. His brown hair fell on his head almost too perfectly, it didn't even seem like he was putting an effort to make them look that good. His face was also flawless, no blemishes, no acne scars, no oversized pores, nothing. It was almost as if he was right from the imagination of a teenage girl. You know, we all pictured our dream guy to be perfect and if you were aiming for perfect, it didn't exist. But close to perfect, that's were Noah came in.
