POV Jessica

Today was the day. No turning back. I was going to see him. I know I already saw him, but this time was different. I was seeing him as my father instead as my idol.

Funny how things work. One minute thing are normal and boring then your life turns into some sort of fanfic. I know I sound like a sour puss about all this, but my life was just turn fucking upside down and I just... feel so alone. Sure I going to see my dad and all, but he doesn't even know me. What I'm like, as a kid going up or what I do. True he's my father, but he's not my dad.

I had my suitcase and backpack. I walked with Cap in comfortable silence to the car. The drive all the way there was the same.

Thought just floated thru my head like Niagara Falls.

What was life going to be like now? Would I have to see the press everywhere I go? Would I have to go thru hour of training cause he's an avenger and life with him would be dangerous? Would he want me to be like him all tech savvy and whatever? Would he want me to be smart!? Oh god I am probably a frailer to him in his eyes.

I was so freaking

I desided to try and think of something else. So I desided to start a conversation with Cap.

"So, what's it like?"

"Huh?" He turned confused and a bit shocked I was talking to him. I couldn't blame him, I kinda ignored him for a while there.

"The tower. Whats it like?"

"Um, well, roomy. I spend most of my time in the gym or reading on the couch."

"You read? What books?"

"Mostly murderer mystery's, you?"

"Mostly fantasy."

We talk for a long time (the whole car ride). But my nightmare came back.

"We here."

He parked the car in the garage area. I grabbed my backpack and got out and waited for cap to get out for I didn't know where to go.

"Come on. To the elevator"

"Allon-y" I whisper so he couldn't hear me.

The elevator was kind of big. And look well fancy.

All of a sudden there was a voice that I kind you not scared me so hard I collapsed on the floor.

"Good morning sir, good to see you again."

The voice was British and came (what seemed like) everywhere.

"Who said that?!" I said still on the floor.

"Jarvis, he's from what I was told a digital butler."

"Hello miss Stark."

That hit hard. That when the truth sank in.

I. Was. A. Stark.

"H-Hi?" I said. It was kinda werid talking to no one.
