Pov Tony

Damit why didnt Pepper or Capiscale tell me she was here.

I was down in the lab fixing everything up for her arrival. I for a better of the word want to show off .

The first day I meet her I found out she admired me. Kinda ironic that I would be her old man.

I was making adjustments to the mark 12 went Jarvis told me she was here.

"What ! Jarvis for how long?"

"Half an hour sir."

"Shit"

So now I was running upstairs to see her. For the better of the word I was nervous. Yup the genius billionaire is nervous about a 17 year old girl. Never thought I'd admit that.

"Jarvis where is she?" I said when I finally made it to the live area and no one was there.

"In her new room setting things down."

Right Pepper did say the room was ready for her. She said it was the door across from me.

I walk down the hall and came to tge door. The door read.

Jessica Adams.

That hurt harder then it should.

Why wouldn't she use Stark ?

I was mad. I walked away form the door fuming.
"Tony? Whats wrong? You look upset,"
Asked Cap.
It looked like he just came up from the gym to get something.
"No, I'm just the happiest little elf in gumdrop world." I said. A little too loudly.
"Ok, whats up? Did you argue with Jessica already?"
"No!" I said, Pouring a bottle of scotch.
" Its the name plate on the door"
"What about it? Who's door?"
"Jessica's her door read Jessica Adams." I said. My fist was clenched so much I think it was bleeding.
Cap look over in the direction of Jessica's door ad though he had x-ray vision.
He signed.
"Look Stark, she just lost her mother 3 days ago. I don't think she's ready to give up her name she grew up with. Like what if you were no longer a Stark, Tony." He said.

I gulped down my drink and nodded. He did have a point. Maybe I was just over thinking things. I mean... I missed so much, she must hate me. Ugh I missed even showing her around the tower.

"Cap, what should I do?"

He couched on his water and started to cough.
"*cough* your asking me for advice *cough*" He said trying to regain his composer.
" I know shocking right. Look its a one time thing, but your good with getting along with people I need...."
"Need, what?"
".......h"
"What?"
"Hell...."
"Sorry you want, what?"
"Help God damit! I need help!"

He was smiling.

"Was that so hard?"
"I hate you"
"Look just go talk to her like you are equals. Dont talk doen to her like she's four, maybe ask her her interests. For one she loves reading."
"Oh god my daughters a geek!"
Cap massaged his temples
"Just go"
"Ok Capsicale ok!"
I walked back to her room and was about to knock but I froze.
I took a deep breath and.

POV Jessica

I was almost done making the room more roomy when there was a knock at the door.
"Come in" I said out of habit with mom.
"I can't because you have to push the button on the side of the door." I heard through the door.
Oh god its him!
I gulped. I wasn't ready to face him yet. But I couldn't be rude either.
"Um.... ok" I said walking over to the button and pushed it. The door opened and in walked Tony.

He guy and girls or who ever's reading this maybe your a two hearted alien for all I know. Any who sorry for all the waiting life has been toppy trbby. With homework and eassy's I had to wright it took up a lot of my time. Any ways
