Ariana POV

As soon as I got home couldnt help but feel a little embarassed for getting all emotional over Ian.At least he wasnt mean about it he was really nice actually.

This isnt about him though im doing this for Maddie.I rush to Maddies house the next morning and I already see Ian there he was holding some looking weeds and wooden sticks.

I walk up to him...

Damon POV

I see that gorgeous figure walking up to me.She smiled sadly.I need to tell her it was a vampire,i cant just hide the fact from her.I know she might not be ready but i know that people like it when you tell them imporant things ASAP.But I cant tell her about me.Not yet...

"Hey"

"Hi"

"Ariana i need to tell you something before we start, i know what killed your friend,and you might not believe me but i will be able to prove it to you."

"What?!Tell me!"

"A Vampire"

"Stop it Ian this isn't funny i thought you were actually a nice person."

"Why do think im holding vervain and wooden stakes Ariana! I know it was a vampire."

"Prove it"

" I got the ontopsy report from the hospital early, is shows that the back of your friend's head was slightly crushed and heres the main thing,she had a bite marks on her neck which created two parallel deep holes in her artery."

"How do you know about vampires though were you nearly attacked or something."

"No..I was one..."

Dammit Damon you werent meant to tell anyone.

I dont know why but I feel like i could tell her anything and she wont betray me.I trust her and im ready to tell my story.In a low voice i told Ariana everything from ever since i was turned by Katherine to why i am here today.She was a good listener and i think she believed me.

"Oh my gosh... that explains all those animal attacks that keep happening around here!" She said, horrified

"Exactly"

"So what do we do? After all were only human"

I looked at those sad eyes.No. I'm not going to let her down.I dont know why but I have really strong feelings for her and I will do anything for her.

I'm 200 years old. I know a lot about being a vampire and this little bloodsucker seems new to  this.Why else would they leave a corpse for everyone to see?

Unless they did it on purpose...
