Damon POV

"What should we do?"

Everything we thought of so far had some kind of fault. I was so annoyed!

"I can do a spell that will have the same effect as him being daggered?" Bonnie suggested.

"If you teach it to me I can do it on him when I get handed over" Ariana said.

"Good idea! But are you sure you will be fine on your own?" I said. I didn't want to risk losing her.

"My little sister is a Lockwood of course she'll be fine!" Tyler said happily.
He must have been happy we finally have a plan. But I was uncertain about that... Klaus is thousands of years old and has tons of experience and Ariana had been turned a few months ago.

Ariana POV

In a few hours I will be handed over to Klaus. In a few hours I could be dead... I have to admit, I am scared but I can't let it show. I don't want everyone to think I'm weak.

We were in the woods so that no one would see us.

"I'm glad you stuck to your word! There could have been serious consequences!" Klaus said cheerfully.

Ian scowled at him and then turned to face me.

"Be careful okay?" He said.

He hugged me tightly. I wanted to stay in his arms forever.

"I love you" I told him.

He didn't say anything. I know where his heart is and I'm glad he didn't tell me he loves me because that would mean he was a liar.

"I want you to be happy with Elena"

He looked confused, " So are we breaking up?"

I nodded,"Yes but I'm gonna do this one last time."

I kissed him. Of course I didn't want him to be with Elena! But I loved him and wanted him to be happy and I know he won't be his happiest with me. I smiled at him sadly, stroking his hair fondly until Klaus ruins the moment.

"I'm waiting!" He yelled.

I rolled my eyes and walked to the impatient jerk. He took me into his car and blindfolded me. After 10 minutes the car came to a stop. He led me into a room and took the blindfold off.

"What do you plan on doing with me?" I asked.

"Now why would I tell you that?" He said in a cunning tone.

I said nothing. I needed to do the spell fast. So I started chanting quietly and before Klaus could stop me he groaned and fell to the floor.

It was working!

"STOP!" He roared.

Eventually he stopped moving. His skin went grey and his veins showed. I did it.

But there was one problem.

I had no idea where I was...
