I'M GONNA WARN YOU NOW, THIS ONE WILL NOT BE VERY NICE AT ALL. READ THIS WHEN YOU NEED A KICK IN THE BUTT. WHEN YOU NEED TO JUST BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE. 


I know that you feel as if you have nothing.

Do you have a roof over your head?

Do you have food?

Do you have clothes?

Do you have clean water?

Can you take a shower?

Do/Did you go to school?

Do you have someone who cares what happens to you?


I know people who have none of these things. I know that you feel very sad, or angry, or neglected, or however. But aren't you just a little tired of being so down? Try thinking about the things you have. You may not have it all, but have more than some people. Remember that. It's okay to feel down, but think about people who have it worse. Maybe it will help motivate you. I don't know.
