I woke up from the sunlight flashing me in my eyes.

I looked over at my alarm clock which read 11:45 a.m.

I slept in.

Then it all hit me again.

I kissed my brother's best friend!

And, I liked it.

I Trinity Williams, had kissed Caleb Johnson.

Then my phone vibrated from its position on my bedside table on the charger.

It was text from Cass.

Last night was amazing, mind if I come over Trin?

I texted back a quick 'sure' and with that I headed downstairs to hunt for food.

I saw Blake sitting at the island and he was eating a bowl of Cap'N'Crunch in his black tank top and boxers.

I swear, he acts like he's the only person who lives here.

"Goodmorning my beautiful sister," he smiled as he ruffled my hair.

I sent him a smile before grabbing a package of Pop Tarts.

Then in walked Caleb.

He had bed head, which looked super adorable on him, with gym shorts, and one of Blake's shirts.

I need to get a good grip on myself.

Get it together Trinity!

"Caleb? What are you doing here?," I asked.

Blake looked up from his phone and replied before Caleb could get a word out. "Well I promised Hannah, and Jenna we'd go bowling in a few hours, so I thought Caleb should join us, so that's why he's here."

Caleb gave me a smirk.

"Not happy to see me?".

I gave him a pointed look before taking a seat between him and Blake.

"So, I heard that Andrew came to the carnival, he didn't go to your booth right?," he asked.

At the same time I said 'no' Caleb said 'yes' and I let out a long sigh.

"Trinity, the truth," he said sternly.

I huffed. "Fine, yes we kissed but it was only because he threatened to file a complaint to Charlie and I needed the 200 bucks that I was going to earn."

He looked at me and sighed. "I just don't trust that guy Trinity, he hurt my sister, he cheated on you, I don't want you to go back to that, you really loved him and he hurt you, there are plenty of guys out there that would kill to be with a girl that's smart, and kind as my baby sister."

I looked at Caleb from the side of my eye and he was staring at me.

Then came a knock at the door.

"I'll get it," Blake said eyeing Caleb and I as he went to the door.

Then there was an awkward silence.

I looked at him and he looked into my eyes intensely.

"You know, I never liked Andrew."

"I know, neither did Blake."

He was quite for a few more seconds. "I..-

"Look, I know your my brother's best friend, but that kiss.."

"I felt something," we said in unison.

"Really?," I asked and he smiled.

"Really, but I can't do anything about it," he said and my smile fell from my face.
