"So guys, as you know my birthday is next week, and you guys are always my first invites," Sarah smiled.
I laughed. "Thanks Sarah."
"Your very welcome, I've got everything for my party, since I'm having an 18th Birthday Bash at my house, my parents won't be there, so they're trusting us not to break anything, I've got my dress, my closest friends, presents, cake and the only problem is I don't have a date," she pouted.
"Why would you need a date?," asked Raven.
Then Sarah looked at her as if she said she was moving to Ireland or something.
"Are you insane? How can I go to MY party, without a date," Sarah retorted.
"Well since its so important who did you have in mind?" Xavier asked.
"Well......," she trailed off looking through the cafeteria.
"What about Jason," Quinn asked.
"He's hot, but he just broke up with Aubrey and I will most definetely NOT be anyone's rebound."
"What about Shane, he's pretty cute," Cass offered.
Sarah looked at him and tilted her head to the side.
"He has potential, but he's a sophomore, and he's not really my type."
We all gave her a flat look.
"What?" she asked sheepishly smiling.
I just shook my head and laughed.
"Well what is 'your type' then?" Ryan asked.
"That's easy, tall, blonde, green eyes, funny, and nice teeth."
Tall? Blonde? Funny?
That reminds me of someone.
Lucas. I wonder if he was in school today.
Lucas!
Jana totally told me he was into her!
"Oh my gosh! I totally forgot," I shouted on the verge of voicing my thoughts.
"What'd you forget?" they ask in unison.
"Lucas, he's totally into you Sarah, he could be your date."
"Lucas? Into me? There's no way, I mean he's hot but doesn't he go out with that blonde?"
I'm assuming she's talking about Mia.
Really? I thought she was talking about Lady Gaga.
You know I hate when you insert your 2 cents where it shouldn't be.
That's what I'm here for.
"No, they're just best friends, you should ask him to be your date, you guys would be so adorable," I cooed.
Then she blushed.
"Ok ok, I'll talk to him."
As if on cue the bell started ringing.
I bid goodbye to all of my friends as I headed toward my locker to get my college marketing text book and binder exchanging my previous class text books.
I currently had headphones in which was blasting 5 Seconds of Summer throughout my ears. (A/N: 5SOS is absolute life, I'm a total MUKE girl, Michael and Luke are my favorites, but I love the rest Cal and Ash too).
Their song Disconnected was playing.
Life's a tangled web.
