Welcome back! I'm gonna try to start outlining both IASWSE and The Changes so we can have regular updates.. Because I'm gonna be honest, I don't write in the Changes or IASWE until the day it's supposed to be updated.. So it's Chapter 10... I think that should be our first milestone so how about a one shot contest? That sounds fun. DM me and write your story with #TheChanges and I'll put them all in a reading list and then announce the winner! Yeah okay. So here you go!

I take Jake's appearance in. His sandy blonde hair, short on the sides but longer on the top, styled into a quiff. His diamond earrings, (they've only ever looked good on him) his wide smile. He still didn't look like he had changed. He was a freshman in college, and he had come back for the holidays. He was still incredibly attractive, like drop dead gorgeous.
My phone buzzes in my pocket, I thought I turned this off... I think to myself. When I look at it I realize it was just turning on.
"Umm, if you hear like 5 million buzzes, it's coming from my phone." I tell my "family".
Mom gets a concerned look on her face. "Oh, is it your mother dear? Maybe you should answer."
"No Mom it's okay," I say laughing. "It's just my boyfriend. He forgot me at the school today and I'm just ignoring him right now."
"Oh alright sweetie. Well if she does then you should probably answer her."
"I will Mom, I promise." I say kissing her cheek. "I'm going upstairs, I have to study. You comin' Syd?"
"Yep. Be right up."
I grab my stuff and go upstairs to Sydney's room. They have a guest room but we prefer to share.
I hear the door open and Sydney walks in.
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine." I saw waving my hand to show her I was "brushing it off".
"Okay well, I have popcorn, sour patch kids, pizza rolls, and Mountain Dew, and we can watch the latest episodes of Pretty Little Liars."
Damn. All of my weaknesses.
"Alright." I say agreeing.
I'm so lucky I have her as a best friend.

I. Can't. Write. Long. Chapters. Anymore. ;-; I literally can't come up with anything and I don't just want to have a whole bunch of filler, so would you want more filler, or smaller chapters? Comment and vote.
