Its been a few weeks since I last saw Tony. Kendra, Sage and I have gotten comfortable in our new apartment, even though I've noticed that Kendra has gotten more irritable with everyone. We're all on the hunt for jobs, but Kendra got hired at a near by grocery store. I've repainted my room an aqua blue color with gold and white accents to it. My sheets are white along with the curtains, and a piece of carpet colored the same as my walls near my bed. Everything felt so much more like a real home.

What happened with Tony has been stuck on my mind ever since that night. With almost kissing him, I've let my guard down a lot. But I feel so safe around him, like I could never possibly be hurt. Especially by him... If he were to be following me. Which I highly doubt he would have followed me all the way out to California. I've just been feeling uneasy ever since Philly, like I've been feeling like I'm being followed by someone.

I still haven't heard anything from anyone back in New York, not even Tyler. Which is concerning and sad, considering that Tyler hasn't gone a few weeks without calling me... My parents on the other hand just don't care about me, I'm not successful like they want me to be. They want me to be like my brother who is actually successful in life. Hell if they were to look at me now, they would be disgusted with my lilac colored hair and tattoo.

"Hey have you heard anything from Tony since you last saw him?" Sage asked me, breaking me away from my thoughts as I stared blankly at the television.

"Uh yeah, just short conversations. Why?" I answered, looking at her slightly confused.

"Well maybe you can ask him to show you around town, I noticed that you really haven't been out an about since we got here." Sage said, plopping on the recliner, kicking her feet up.

"Maybe I will. But I don't know if he's busy or not." I mumbled and slowly took out my phone to text Tony.

Within moments of texting him, he responded back. I took a deep breath and decided to call him, but I quickly escaped into my room so Sage wouldn't eaves drop on out conversation. Something was up with her...

After a few rings, the sound of his voice filled my ears from the other side of the phone.

"Hey, what's up Im?" Tony asked, with hint of excitement in his voice.

"Not much. Sage is getting concerned about me because I haven't been out and about. So I was wondering if uh, you wanted to show me around town?" I asked, feeling heat rising up in my cheeks.

"Sure! I'd love to actually. I've been meaning to actually call you and see if you wanted to go and do something." Tony answered, probably smiling to himself.

"Great, so what time works for you? I still have to get dressed and everything so I'd be ready in like an hour." I said smiling, standing up from my bed and started to look through my closet with one hand.

"Let's say... 2:30?" Tony suggested.

"Sure that works for me. I'll be ready by then." I answered, pulling out a loose fitting green top, smiling.

"Alright, I'll see you then." He said softly.

"See ya." I smiled and hung up.

My heart was fluttering in my chest, I was actually slightly nervous to see him again, but yet excited. God Sage is going to be on my ass about this.  I went over to my dresser and pulled out a pair of blue skinny jeans. I laid the shirt and jeans on my bed and slipped out of my pajamas. I slip on the clothes I laid out and slipped on a long chain necklace with a compass hanging on the end.

I stood and looked at myself in the mirror, my hair was wavy as usual. I had bags under my eyes from hardly sleeping at night, or just staying up late trying to get some work done for my online class. I took a deep breath and turned away from myself before I could conjure up some negative things. Sage sat on the couch as I opened my bedroom door to go into the bathroom to get ready.
