Chapter 30

          ~~~~October~~~~

I woke up to Clay shaking like crazy. I rolled over and hugged him. He instantly flinch. "What happened?" "I-I had a bad dream." He sat up and I just drew circles in his back while he tried to calm himself down.

I grabbed my phone and saw that it was only 11:30 pm. We both laid back down. He pulled me closer to him and kissed my forehead. Not before long we were both back asleep.

"Mommy?" "Yes?"I said sleepily unsure which twin it was, because i'm too tired to open my eyes. "Can I have chocolate milk?" It's Jace. "Why don't we all get some yummy chocolate milk?" I said finally opening my eyes and sitting up.

"Yay!" He yelled while jumping with both arms in the air. I laughed then got up. "I'll meet you downstairs, let me get dressed first." "Okay." He ran out of the room, and I went into my closet to find something comfortable to wear. 

"Babe can I wear your sweatpants?" I asked pulling out a pair of his sweatpants that he left in my room awhile ago. "Yes." He replied, most likely still asleep. Since I was wearing spandex shorts already, i just put the sweatpants on over them, then grabbed my black long sleeved crop top.

I walked into my bathroom and changed my shirt then did my morning routine. When i was done i threw my dirty clothes in the hamper then walked back into my room. Clay was awake to my surprise. 

"Good morning." I said smiling at him. "Good morning." He smiled back. He got up after a moment of silence, then we both went downstairs to drink Chocolate and Strawberry milk with the twins...I think. 

Yup, both of the twins were sitting on the couch waiting for us. "C'mon boys." Clay said as we walked into the kitchen. "Can we help?" They asked running in behind us. "Of course." We both grabbed a chair then picked both of them up and placed them on the chairs. 

I grabbed the chocolate and strawberry syrup, plus the milk while Clay grabbed two cups and 2 sippy cups. He poured milk into all of the cups, then i poured the syrup. Clay and I stirred our drinks, while the twins shook theirs. (The lids were already on)

When were were done making the drinks, Clay took the twins to the living room to watch TV, while i quickly made breakfast for the four of us. Yogurt sounds good right. I grabbed four bowls and place them on the island. I poured the yogurt into the bowls then added either chocolate chips, bananas or cheerios (The plain kind) then mixed it up.

"You boys hungry?" I asked as I placed the bowls infront of them. Jace as fast as he could without falling got off the couch and started eating, while Landan laid on the couch with a pained expression on hi face. "Are you okay bubba?" I asked sitting down by him.

"I don't feel good mommy." Right after he said that he rolled over and threw up. Clay quickly got up and ran upstairs to get stuff to clean up the mess, while I gave Landan a bath. When he was all clean I dried him off then just left him in a diaper and laid him down in his crib.

~~~1 week later~~~

Landan has been in the hospital for a week, He some how has the flu. The doctors haven't released him yet, cause they want to make sure that he hasn't relapsed. Clay and I are both waiting for the test results. Braedan would be here too, but he had to go to work.

"Landan is perfectly healthy." The Doctor said as she walked in. "No cancer?" "No cancer." She smiled. I turned around and hugged Clay tightly. "He's healthy." I mumbled happily into his chest. He kissed the top of my head in response.

When we pulled into the driveway, Landan was just waking up, and Jace was still passed out. I grabbed Landan, and Clay grabbed Jace, and put him in his bed while Landan and I watched YouTube videos.

I was looking through the homepage on YouTube, trying to find a good video to watch, when i saw that Hayes' little sister Skylynn had posted a new video titled 'GROWING UP WITH BROTHERS part 1 Hayes'. I clicked on it, and right as the video was starting someone knocked on the door.

I paused the video then stood up and answered the door with Landan clung to my right leg. It was Hayes. "Hey, I was just about to watch a video of you and Skylynn." "Hey, and which one?" "The growing up with brothers one." "Oh...haha, my fans went crazy when they saw it...It's a really adorable video." 

We both laughed then walked back to the living room. "So how's Landan doing?" He asked as we sat down on the couch. "He's doing better than he was last week, He had the flu." "Aw, poor buddy. Is he still in Remission?" "I know, and yes, he's still cancer free!" Right as I said that Landan did a little happy dance.

"Well let's watch this Video!" Hayes said grabbing my laptop and pressing play. The whole time we were watching the video, i kept 'awing' and Landan kept saying that Skylynn is cute. It was really adorable!

It is now 9 pm, the twins are both asleep, Clay and I are cuddling watching TV with Hayes, and Everyone else are either in their rooms or at Clay's house. Except Cole cause he moved out already. Usually i'm wide awake at this time, but i am just worn out. 

I keep trying to keep my eyes open, but i'm failing. About 5 minutes later i entered the darkness.
