"Rose!"

Rose's eyes fluttered open. She squinted her tired eyes, looking at Lily.

"Can you read this? You've found the book Unique Witches and Wizards, Part Three: The immune. I don't think that is going to help much, because I'm not only immune but I can also hear voices and see auras... I've found this," Lily handed her the book. "This part is about descendants of heroes."

"I'm going to do it tomorrow, Lily. I'm going back to sleep."

"No! I've got something to tell you! Listen," Lily exclaimed. "A Death Eater was in the library, heading to Slytherin, I think."

"Have you learnt these jokes from James?" Rose seemed annoyed.

"It's true! Nearly Headless Nick was the one who saved us, he unlocked the door for us. He was the one who said there was a Death Eater."

Rose panicked for a while: "You must have mistaken. What do you want me to do? Attack him, call my parents, wake Professor McGonagall or Professor Longbottom-"

"Attack him of course! He's a Death Eater, but how can we know the password of Slytherin?"

It took a lot of time for Lily to persuade Rose. They found Hugo in his bedroom, reading a book for the first time.

They crept along. They couldn't be seen.

After what seemed like ages, they have found the Slytherin door.

"Finally," Lily whispered. "But what's the password?"

"Salazar!" Rose tried.

"Paper clips!" Hugo giggled at his answer.

"Really, that's the password?" Lily countered.

Amazingly, the door opened.

"Wow. Those people are really cunning," Rose murmured. "Let's go behind the curtains!" It wasn't before long until it was midnight.

Nothing.

Still nothing.

Then to their horror, they heard rustling.

"We need to change our password today, records of the password... Basilisk can be it, Dungeon." Then Professor Slughorn went away and they all heaved a sigh of relief.

"I guess we have to go to the boys' dormitories."

A mysterious person stood next to a sleeping boy, touched him with a red pearl and said. "The pearl is going to do the same to the Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs and the stupid Gryffindors tomorrow night. Ha! We will be helped, finally! Cleverness, loyalty and bravery won't beat us, ha ha ha! The pearl shall help us rise to greatness!"

"Come on Antonin, we don't want to wake somebody up." Lily heard another voice. It was soft and calm, yet mocking.

"Come on, we have to go and figure how to get into Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff," Rose muttered.

"Basilisk is the next Slytherin password. By the way, What's the pearl for?"

"Like any of us knows? Let's go now, we don't want to be seen." Rose alerted them.
