Your walking home from school with Two-Bit and drop by the DX to get a coke and so Two-Bit can say hi to his buddies. you walk in the building as Two-Bit goes the other way to find Steve. You can hear the guy at the counter talking to a girl, he was a handsome kid with greasy hair. You were new in town and didn't know many people and wanted to meet this cutie. He was arguing with the girl.
"No, Sandy, We are done here!" you hear him say angered
"Oh please, im all you got Soda!" the girl says in a matter-of-fact voice
He heard you come in and said "Hey babe, don't worry about Sandy here, she was just leaving."
"Is this your new girlfriend Soda?!?" she yells
You want to help this guy out and say "Yes, I am, and you are?"
"Oh please, you aren't dating this broad! That would be taking a step down!" she says angered
He grabs your hand and says "Wanna bet?"
she scuffs and rolls her eyes "so what you held her hand, that's no proof."
He glares and turns to you "How do you think we should prove it to her?"
You smile and say "Probably like this," you say as you give him a small kiss, but he turns it into a long slow kiss.
She glares and walks off
"Thanks, I was getting tired of her nagging me about our old relationship." he said
"No prob, I enjoyed myself, anyway im {Y/N}"
"Name's Sodapop"
"Ummm, can I get a coke? It was the original plan, but obviously its gonna be a weird day."
"Ya," he grabs you a cold coke, "Its on me, you payed enough with that kiss" he said blushing
"Thanks, wanna meet up sometime?" you ask
"Sure, the Dingo work?"
"Yep," you hear Two-Bit call your name, "Sorry to leave you, but im being called. Later Soda."
"See ya"
You walked away blushing, knowing you would never hear the end of it from Two-Bit. You definitely will be seeing Sodapop again real soon.
