Jaymee
Halloween was fun, but Harry had to go back to the hospital, much to mine and his dismay.
I couldn't quite visit him everyday, due to the truck load of homework the teachers threw on the Juniors this year. I haven't visited him in almost a week because of Marine Biology and Geometry.
Realizing that Harry might be thinks ng that I've forgotten about him, I picked up my cell phone and dialed the hospitals number.
"Los Angeles Memorial Hospital?" A woman's voice answered.
"Hello. Can you transfer me to the Cancer ward?" I asked kindly.
"Children's or adult?" She asked.
"Adult."
"Yes ma'am."
I waited for about two minutes before a familiar voice answered the phone.
"Adult Cancer care, How may I help you?"
"Dr. Gill? Its Jaymee Richards."
"Hello! Haven't seen you in a couple of days..." She said, sounding distant.
"Yes, I was wondering how Harry was? I've had a lot of homework this past week and I haven't had time to see him." I explained.
Dr. Gill sighed heavily. "Harry isn't doing to well. He thinks you don't...what exactly did he say? Oh, that you "don't love Harry anymore"."
Great. Now he thinks I don't like him because I haven't came to see him. This is all my fault.
Dr. Gill continued. "And I thought that was kind of strange that he used the word love. Like you two are in some sort of relationship."
My heart hammered against my chest. Was it me or was she accusing me of having romantic affairs with Harry? I mean, I am but...
"Yea I don't know why he worded it like that. But let him know I'm on my way right now." I said quickly.
"Sure thing. See you then."
I hung up the phone, grabbed my stuff and made my way to the front office to check myself out early.
On the way to the hospital, I got an unexpected text from my mom.
From-Mom
Call our lawn mower guy. I bet our yard looks atrocious
Our lawn looks fine, but whatever. I made a mental note to call the stupid lawn dude.
When I finally made it to the hospital, I rushed up to Harry's floor and barged out of the elevator to see the whole floor a mess.
There were papers all over the place, people were screaming, and someone apparently knocked over the jug of water that sat on a table a couple of doors down from Harry's room.
"You couldn't save my husband, you worthless piece of-!" An overweight woman was throwing junk everywhere and yelling at Dr. Gill, who looked very unamused.
Just then, two police officers arrived and escorted the distraught woman off the floor. Dr. Gill and the rest of the staff looked relieved.
I made my way up to the desk and signed in. Dr. Gill grinned at me. "Sorry, I forgot to let Harry know you were visiting. That outburst happened right after I got off the phone with you."
"That's fine." I assured her.
I basically ran to Harry's room and opened the door, finding him sprawled out across the bed while a nurse was trying to give him a shot in his left arm.
"S-stop! Noooo shot!" He screamed.
He noticed me and harshly pushed the nurse away from him. She fell against the window. I tried very hard not to laugh.
"J-j-jayyymeee come s-sa-save Harrrrry!" He whined, reaching his arms out for me. I embraced him just as the nurse steadied herself.
She handed me the shot. "Here." She said. "Maybe you can give him it."
After she had left, I put the needle down and looked at Harry closely. He had gained a little bit more wait and he now had white tape across his nose.
He grabbed on to my hand and kissed it. "J-jaymee stilllll ca-cares for Harry!"
"Of course I do! I just had a lot to do. I'm sorry you thought that." I said.
Harry smiled.
"Also, um...don't mention our little, "relationship" to anyone, okay?" I added. I didn't know how Dr. Gill would take that and how exactly this is going to affect Harry.
Harry stared at me. "W-why?"
"I'm not really sure that Dr. Gill would think that's healthy."
Harry frowned. "But H-harryyy al-already tolllddd Dr. Gwen-gwennie."
Awesome...
"What'd she say?" I asked carefully.
"We-we are c-cute...togetherrr." He giggled.
As if on cue, Dr. Gill walked in and smirked at us. I opened my mouth to say something, but she held up her hand and stopped me.
"I don't have a problem with it. Just be careful." She smiled. Then she walked out again.
I reached over Harry and grabbed the needle.
"We definitely do have to be careful-with this!"

Long af.I have so many ideas for this story its crazy. There will most likely be a sequel to this one because I love this concept. This will probably be short, 25-35 chapters. Book 2 will probably be more exciting.
Love y'all!
