Isn't it exciting to move across the world for a year and be with total stangers? Oh, most definitely. I was just packing up all ofy belongings because I was moving away to a small town know as Doncaster because this year I will be a foreign exchange student. I really didn't have much say in where I could go, but Doncaster sounds nice enough. All I need is a change, a year away from my home here in the United States is just what I need. I could learn new cultures, meet new people and I could learn a lot from this year long trip. I have to admit though, I was going to miss my family here. My brother who was never home because he was always out with friends, my mother who works so hard every day to take care of us, then there's my dad who cheated on her then left us as soon as the divorce was over. I guess I could use a break from all of that then. I get to spend my senior year in a whole new place, a new family and new friends. Honestly, I think this trip will be good for me.
