The next 'morning,' Yama was awake early along with Harlock. The ship was silent which was different to Yama every now and then. His lone eye moved back and forth throughout the hall until he reached the main bridge. Clothing hung over the edge of Harlock's throne-like chair. Yama identified it as Harlock, himself, of course. His footsteps echoed through the bridge until he stopped by the chair. The young male noticed his chest rise and fall steadily until his eye moved and focused on his hair before looking away. "Yama," Harlock announced as he stood up and stepped a couple steps away.
Yama didn't speak until a long pause passed. "You predict trouble ahead, don't you," he asked as he huffed. Harlock shook his head as he turned around to look over at Yama, informing him that he couldn't predict the future. His expression was stern yet fierce as he looked back at his successor. His expression made Yama want to melt away. Looking down in embarrassment of what he asked, he turned to walk himself out but, at last second, decided not to. His cheek was greeted with a gloved hand as Harlock had apparently walked closer to the younger male in no time. "Just keep an eye for danger," Harlock mentioned as a small smile slipped at his lips.
Removing his hand and exiting the main bridge, Yama stayed behind as he examined his surroundings a couple times, like he hadn't been on the ship before. The last destination his eyes came across to was the chair. It look comfortable enough to sit in. Walking to stand in front of it, he turned himself around before sitting on it. The chair was still quite warm from Harlock sitting on it. Leaning back and relaxing, his gaze remained forward. It wasn't even a few moments when the ship started to move sideways. The sudden interruption made Yama hit the armrest hard enough against his ribs.
Getting up and turning the wheel to adjust the position, his eye widened before narrowing. An enemy. The crew woke from the hit and started to run, like chickens with their heads cut of, to their position. Harlock looked up at the engine, as he sat near it. He moved out into the hallways and returned to the main bridge. He didn't interfere this time as he snuck back into his seat. Everything seemed to come to a halt when he did so. Communication wanted to be connected through the two ships. Yama accepted and stepped back from the wheel. A female popped up on the screen when he did so.
She looked younger or around Yama's age. She didn't see all too pleased but a bit shocked to see Yama. Who the bloody hell is this and where Harlock was, was the first things she asked in a rude way. Before Yama could even answer, Harlock stood and walked to be by his side. "You're talking to both of them," he answered. He was becoming protective over the one that he had feelings for as he didn't want Yama to deal with the blonde. The female went on with how she 'declared' war on them before ending the call. Looking at Harlock, Yama was speechless. "Yama come with me," Harlock ordered as he left. Following shortly behind him like a dog with his tail in between his legs, he wasn't surprised to see the familiar room.
Miime wasn't there this time. Yama gasped the other's name as he was a little confused about what he wanted. Harlock looked back as he ordered Yama to not deal with the female. His successor denied this. "You are the one that wanted me as the next captain," he stated with a stern voice," I will carry this out." Yama turned to exit but stopped as Harlock placed his hands on the other's shoulders. His touch was gently enough to cause Yama to lean back. Getting out of his trance, Yama turned to face the male behind him. His expression looked weakened as he, slowly, removed his hands away from the younger male's body. Moving his hands to Harlock's wrists, Yama stepped forward and pressed his forehead against Harlock's, in reassurance. A small smile came across Harlock's lips as Yama startd to leave again.
