Two or three weeks passed after the cell change for Yama. Arcadia would be raided every so often but that didn't seem to faze the crew over and over. It was an opportunity as Harlock thought. The last round of invasions Harlock would gather more and more information about the ship from individual men. He was prepared as well as his crew as they prepared for the next invasion. With the invasions and information they collected, Harlock collected that the female captain was a part of the government. Her name was Akasuki Kisagari. She was sent to destroy Harlock and his crew. The 'declaration of war' was just an open threat that didn't faze him in the end.
Her ship was close by and would orbit every so often. Her invisibility shields were up and wouldn't go down anytime soon. Each day Harlock waited at the main bridge, waiting patiently. The lights began to flash as a warning of another invasion. Kei and Yattaran left the main bridge as they went to defend the ship. Harlock didn't move. Not for a while. He sat in his chair, resting his eyes. Their plan would go perfectly as they fought and invaded their ship as well. Standing up, Harlock walked away from the bridge and walked through the crowded hallways. His hand on his sword's hilt. The opposing ship was so close to his. He pulled his mask out, one that covered his nose and mouth before jumping over to the damaged ship of Kisagari's. More opponents were aboard than on own his own ship.
The captain seemed to avoid conflict with any soldiers, which was suspicious and unusual. He hurried through the ship and explored all over until he could find Yama. The cells were found quickly as he came about them. Kei was there as well, there was a keypad that kept the doors of a particular door closed. Kei and Harlock stood and knew that their strength combined wasn't good enough to open the door. Taking off his mask, Kei called for Yattaran to help. "Wait," Harlock ordered as he listened around. He pushed Kei to the side before moving to another wall as well. Shoots were fired as they were pressed against the wall. "Get Yattaran," he ordered Kei before pulling out his sword.
She tried to object but did as she was told and ran to get the rounder male. Moving away from the wall, the blonde female came into view as Harlock walked further down the hall. She, herself, held a gun with a sword at her waist as well. Harlock was a bit intrigued as he hadn't seen someone with a sword in a few years. Bending and setting the gun down, Kisagari drew her sword from the hilt. She took her stance before the two began to deal.
During that time, Kei brought Yattaran back to the closed cell. She kept an eye out before any damage was done. With several shots and body slamming into the door, they broke in. Yama sat on the floor with the chains still wrapped around his ankles and wrists. The clothes that he wore looked tattered and more worn. Shooting at the chains, they brought their new captain back to the Arcadia. All of Harlock's crew retreated and fell back to the comfort of the ship.
Kei had stopped though. Telling Yattaran to go ahead with Yama, she headed back to where the two captains fought. Harlock seemed to be on his last few moments before Kei joined in. Shooting at the other female, Harlock escaped before Kei followed behind. Kisagari didn't seem to follow. She allowed them to run back to the ship of theirs. A smirk came across her lips as she placed her sword back into her hilt. Grabbing her gun from the floor again, she headed to the main bridge of her own ship. Standing in her spot, as if nothing happened, she reported back to the government.
