Ender's POV

I walked to Garroth and told him about what happened and asked if I could go on patrol with him.

"I understand you don't like Zane here, neither do I but we can't do anything about it. If you want to I don't mind" Garroth replied, I hugged him.

"Thank you, you and Dante are the people here that I want to know better, some people have secrets I can respect if you don't want to tell me them." I said, then we went on patrol. When it was almost dark I left for the docks to see what Aphmau had set up for the wedding and went back to the guard station and fell asleep on the terrace.

Laurence's POV

I came back to the guard station and saw Destiny asleep on the terrace, looking out on patrol when she fell asleep probably, I carried her to Aphmau's guest room and put the blanket over her and her armor, Should I take off her helm? I asked myself. I decided yes and let her yellow hair fall out of her helm, I set her helm by the side of her bed for when she wakes up. "Good night Destiny." I said going to my room.

Ender's POV

I woke up in Aphmau's guest room, I probably fell asleep and Garroth or Laurence carried me here. I picked up my helm and thought about putting it on. The wedding is this afternoon, Zane would recognize me, does it really matter though? I'll carry it with me but I won't wear it. I decided, I walked to Cadenza's house to put on my dress to wear it today, the beautiful purple dress was so amazing, and overnight my hair started changing to a greyish color so Cadenza asked if I had dyed my hair for the wedding.

"My hair changes color, mind of it's own I guess." I replied.

"Did you dye your hair yellow?" She asked looking at my braided hair.

"No, my hair will change color, maybe it changes color with my mood?" I suggested slipping out of my armor.

"I don't know." Cadenza replied taking the dress off of the mannequin. "Maybe Laurence thought it would be funny to dye your hair black and he failed."

"That would be funny. But I really don't mind that he did, if it was him. Thank you again for the dress Cadenza." I said.

"It was nothing, you make sure Garroth is okay, he hasn't come in to check on his tux."

"I can Cadenza." I replied getting ready to leave. "Thank you again for the dress." I walked out, I felt confident walking around, I even told Laurence to call me Irene today.

"You want me to call you by your mom's name today? Why?" He asked.

"Because, I want Phoenix Drop to see me as the real me, some people call me Irene already." I replied, my world was an intricate story that I wanted to see the next chapter to.

"Okay Irene." He said, People called me by my mother's name sometimes saying I look like her it normally annoys me but today I don't care.

"You know that's a great idea, be called by my mother's name today and pretend I'm a different person! Thanks for the idea Laurence!" I said skipping off to the docks. "Aphmau really did a great job designing this!" I said still in awe at how fast she put it together.

"She really did." a voice said I turned around to see Zane in an entirely white and gold outfit.

"Hello, I'm Irene what's your name?" I asked trying to be cheery.

"Oh um, my name is Zane. Sorry, I thought you were someone I knew." Zane replied.

"Zane? I've heard that name from Castor before hmmmm...." I said trying to act like I never heard of Okasis. "You're The High Priest right?"

"Yes, forgive me I thought everyone here had heard of me." Zane said.

"Well I've heard more things about you but I don't want to believe most of them." I said going to sit on the sand near the ocean. "There's Zane the murderer, the starter of wars, would you like to hear more?" I asked taking off my shoes and setting them in my helmet.

"And you don't believe them?" Zane asked.

"You haven't given me a reason to believe them." I said standing in the water, I started to slide off the dress Cadenza made me. "I'm going for a swim, want to join me?" I asked, he reacted like I   had asked him to go on a date with me. "If you don't want to I don't mind, I just felt like it today and someone else is here, I thought I should at least ask." I said treading water. He just stood there looking at me with a look of surprise in his eyes. "Is that a no?" I asked, he came over and took off his shoes and we talked and swam for a while, around noon he got out to dry off his clothes for the wedding after a while I got out and headed back to the village staying out of the way of Donna's mother. I saw Garroth still in his armor setting up what looked to be a spying point, I walked up behind him. "BOO!" I yelled behind Garroth he drew his sword.

"Who are you?" He asked, I looked at my hair falling over my shoulder and noticed it was now a deep black.

"It's Ender, remember Garroth the girl you don't trust that wants Zane gone. What's this? Did someone ask Aphmau to go to the wedding with them and you're going to spy, you can spy from behind the cake." I said making a point by holding my helmet in front of my face, he didn't laugh. "Is something wrong Garroth~Chan?" I asked, he snickered. "Ender~Chan wants to know what's upsetting Garroth~Chan, is it Zane~Senpai?" He started chuckling. "Or is it Laurence~Chan and Aphmau~Senpai, because Ender~Chan likes Laurmau~Chan as a couple." I said, Garroth was laughing under his helm. "Garroth~Chan doesn't like how Ender~Chan talks?" I asked Garroth fell over laughing.

"STOP! You're too funny!" He pleaded.

"Talk, I'm a spy for the village that destroyed mine and I don't hate every person involved with Okasis." I said, Garroth stopped laughing and looked at me through his helm.

"Okasis destroyed your village?" He asked, I attempted to take his helm off and he doged.

"This conversation is getting to serious." I said sitting on the ground.

"Okasis destroyed your village." his tone was asking but he knew the answer.

"Yeah, I guess you could say that." I looked him in the eye and took his helmet. "You're going to the wedding, get your tux!"

"No, give me my helmet!" Garroth pleaded. I hid his helm in Cadenza's house. "Where did you hide it?" He asked while Cadenza walked in, I pulled out his helm.

"Hello Cadenza, Garroth came to pick up his tux." I said smiling.

"Oh, I was getting worried." Cadenza replied going to get his tux, he froze he didn't want to show his face it seems but he didn't want to say no. "Here, I'll leave so you can get changed." She said going up the stairs, I followed.
