I was sitting on my window still, a cup of tea in hands as I watched the snow slowly fall. The only light on was in the kitchen, I had on a sweatshirt, pajama pants and socks, my hair was tied up in a bun as I contuined to stare out the window, I took a sip of my tea and looked up into the sky as I saw a ball of what seemed like fore hurdle to the ground, I furrowed my brows as I watched it fall, odd, they didn't say anything about anything happening tonight on the news this morning. When it finally fell, I put down my cup and pout on my snow boots and put another coat, slipping on gloves and a scarf I went outside to see what it was.
I trudged through the snowy weather and frozen ground, trying to see if I could find what fell from the sky. I looked around some, trying to peer through the branches and then I saw it, a person was laying on the ground, some snow flecked over their being. I walked up to the person and paused a few feet from their body. It was a man, he had burns on his face and arms and a few cuts along his forehead. I looked down at him and I couldn't tell whether he was breathing or not so I crouched down and took his cold wrist in my hand and felt for a pulse, a few seconds later I felt the light beating of his heart. I sighed in relief and puts down his wrist. I took off my coat and held it in one arm and lifted up his back side some and wrapped it around him. I slowly and carefully lifted him up onto his feet, he groaned and fell against me, I gasped at the sudden weight added onto my chest, I got into a stance and had him leaning on my aide with his one arm wrapped around my shoulders and my one arm wrapped securely around his mid back and I started to walk slowly back to my house, his body making it hard to walk with him almost falling and slipping every now and then.
When I finally made it home I laied him on the couch and took off his shoes and socks and put them in the laundry room and grabbed a few blankets and a pillow from the linen closet and came back into the room and took the jacket I put on him and the jacket he was wearing. I didn't want to seem creepy and take off his shirt or pants so I placed three blankets on him and a pillow under his head. I went to the thermostat and turned up the heat some more. Going to the bathroom I grabbed the first aid kit and a washcloth, damped it, and went back to him and kneeled down next to his face and started to clean up his burns and cuts. He nose crinkled up at some points when I pressed down too hard on a burn. After taking care of his cuts and sat back in a chair and looked at the man some, one question was running through my mind, 'how did he fall from the sky?'.
