Chapter 5

really sorry that i haven't updated in a long time. i just have had a lot going on. i am going to try and update more often now.

"Good morning beautiful!"

I slowly open my eyes, confused at why Luke is in my room, but then i remember the events of last night. How we both told eachother our hidden feelings. How I'm his and he's mine now, and no one can get in our way.

I turn so im facing Luke, who's laying to my left. He has bed head and almost looks even more attractive than before we went to sleep last night. I wish i could just lay here with Luke the rest of my life. Just us forever. Crap! I completely forgot about Ashley. She is my other best friend but not as close as Luke is. We always go shopping on mondays and since today we don't have school, we were going shopping at noon. I turn to look at my clock. Its only 9 so i still have some time with Luke.
"Penguin, why dont you get ready for your day with Ashley and i will be back in an hour to hang until she gets here."

"Okay, sounds good Lukey!"

"There is something i want to do when i bet back, but it's a surprise okay penguin."

He grabs all of his stuff and hugs me before making his way out the front door. I begin to pick out my outfit and then i get in the shower, not wanting to waste any time i could be spending with Luke. The whole time im in the shower, im listening to drake on full blast because my parents are at work and can't tell me to turn it down.

45 minutes later and I'm ready for the day. I straightened my hair and put it in a messy ponytail. My outfit consists of my pink sweater that Luke bought me and a pair of leggings. I have foundation and some mascara, but not very much.

15 minutes later my phone goes off and it's Luke.

Luke: you should come outside like right now penguin!

Me: why?

Luke: i told you i had a surprise for you didn't I!

I sprint down the stairs and basically throw myself at the door. I dont see him. He must be in the backyard. I sprint to the other side of the house almost as fast as last time and throw myself at the backdoor this time. There he is, with a bouquet of roses and a hammock that he must have just put up. We just started dating yesterday and he is already treating me like a princess. all i can say is WOW!
