You woke up to someone shaking you awake...Your Brother! He had been in Asia as for he was part of a support gang that gave fresh water and supplies to people who need it most. You hadn't seen him for 3 months, he was 20 and his name was River (i know, i know, you all just thought of River Phoenix but i couldn't think of a better name, ok, it was gonna be some emo band member so be glad.)

"Wake up Sleepy" River said to you with a laugh, still shaking you gently

"mum, 5 more minutes please" you say in your groggy morning tone

"Y/N, it's River" he says, almost falling to the ground laughing

"river!" Your ears perk up at the name "River!" You say again, but this time you leap out of bed into his arms

"oh my god River! I missed you so much" you said tearing up a little

"trust me, i missed you too" he says

"i wasn't expecting you back until December!" You say excitedly

"yeah, December is next week, silly" he says laughing. You then notice you are only wearing your summer sleep wear, a bra and underwear and notice your blinds were open all the way, and Corey might be able to see through your window, you know just in case "um, River, one sec" you say, and quickly shut your blinds

"why did you do that?" River says questionally

"well, um, we got new neighbours, and , um, a boy, my age, lives there and um, i kinda don't want him to look through my window while im wearing this" you say, gesturing to your clothes

"why, you have a nice figure"your Brother says to you

"dude, are you flirting with me River" you say in a bit of a giggle

"no, but brothers are supposed to be truthful, right"

"yeah, but not about their 14 year old sisters figure!" You say back

"now, I need to get changed" you say, and you usher him out the door

"ok, ok, i get it, ill leave " River says, just before he began to break into laughter. And as you shut the door behind him, you leant against it and cried a little, you missed him so much and now he's back you just had to cry, but he wasn't the only person you missed, you missed your dad, you missed him so much, your mum had said he comes home at night, but you never saw him, you have stayed up all night to see if he ever came home so many times, but he never, you thought of him constantly , mum said he always works, but still you never see him, during the day, he never comes home at night, you never see him, he never calls, he never did anything, so you just leant against your door and cried out your feels

You walked out into the lounge room, after you were dressed and dried your tears. Your brother was in the lounge room by the piano, waiting for you there

"so, have your learnt any new songs on the piano" he asks

"one learns a lot over a quater of a year" you say, because thats how long he's been gone

"ok, so, work your magic, it is your forte (is that how you spell it) after all Y/N" he says shrugging his shoulders a little

"ok, I'll play, ummm, I learnt the first four measures of a classical piece called The Heart asks Pleasure first" you say

"Bro, I've been in Asia for 6 months, I haven't heard music for that long, I forgot what it was almost" he says and you laugh

"ok, here goes nothin'" you say, and so you take your seat and begin to play

River just looked at you, once again, in awe "wow Y/N you have gotten so much better than last time I heard you" he says and so you blush and then there was a knock on the door
"I'll get it" you and River say in sync with one another

"acctually, it might be better if you get it" he says to you and so you go and get the door.

"Hi Y/N" Corey says

"Hi Corey" you say 'Come in" you say, gesturing to the lounge room

" hey was that yoy playing the piano again" Corey asks

"yeah"

"well it's real good, it sounded real neat" he says to you, River came around the corner

"ooooooh looks like Y/Ns got themself a boyfriend" River says jokingly

"I wish" Corey says under his breath

"what was that Corey?" You ask

"oh nothin' nothin'" Corey says

"Oh, right!, Corey this is my brother, River, and River this is my bro Corey Feldman" you say, and the boys shake hands

"are you sure he's not your boyfriend" River says

"you know I've been single my whole life" you say, rolling your eyes at River

"ok, ok then Y/N, im gonna go and unpack, ok?" He says

"ok" you say

"well thats my brother for you" you say

"well he seems nice enough" Corey Says

"ok, are we ready to go" you ask Corey

"ok lets go"
