HAIMS POV

"Hey River" I say getting his attention "yeah" he says

"well, I uh, really like your sister right" I say "really?" He says raising his eyebrows. "Yeah, and she knows that" I add "go on" he says wiping his face dry

"Well Corey's her boyfriend, right." I say "duh" he replies "well do you think one day she'll like me back?" I ask

"Corey" he says placing his hand on my shoulder "she's really lucky to have you, even if it's as a friend. She'll always be your friend, she'll never let you go, you know that , right?" He says

"why?" I ask

"Well, you two are her only friends really, everyone else hates her, because she's pretty and excels at a few things, an most people envy that, but she doesn't know that right" he says

"she just won't accept the fact she pretty though" I say "I know, it's cuz all the popular girl have said that she's not since like forever, she's had it pretty tough" he answers

"I understand, but do you-" I start
"maybe one day you and her might have a chance, but I see the way she looks at Corey, the way they get along, the way they hold each other close, for now, her heart belongs to Corey, and if he fuckin breaks it, he'll regret it" he says

"Ok, that's All wanted to know" I say "I reckon it might happen one day" he says "I hope so"

"Love is an evil thing" he says, shaking his head as we leave the restrooms "how?" I ask "it hurts" he answers "do you have a girl friend?" I ask him

"had, she , um, she, she died" he stutters "oh, that's real unfortunate" I say, attempting to be attentive

"but the worst thing is it's my fault she died" he says

"Really, how?" I ask interested

"Well, it was a car crash about Two years ago, I was driving, we were a bit drunk, I lost control of the car and the passager side smashed into a tree and she died from the injuries, I haven't driven a car since" he says, and I think he was going to cry

"Bro, it's all going to be ok" I say and put my hand on his shoulder, even though he is way taller than me

"that's what they all say, I never told y/n though, i just we broke up" he says "but there's a lot of things she doesn't know" he says and we walk back to my car, Corey and y/n are making out

"Should we interrupt them?" I ask River "nah, not yet" he says

We watched them for a minute or so and the Corey noticed that we were watching them and they both went a little red "she's still so cute" I whisper to River and he laughs "ok now get in" he says taking the passengers side.

YOUR POV

Corey's arm was wrapped around you, holding you close "well it looks like you two were having fun" Haim says and you giggle "yeah, actually, we were" you say "well, where are we going exactly?" Feldman asks "I don't know, but away from there" River says

"Let's go back to mine for a while" you suggest "sure thing gurl" Haim says, winking at you in the mirror and you blush a bit

You arrive at yours after a bit "don't tell mum anything, ok?" You say and everyone agrees

"what if she asks why River has a bruise and cut on his face, then what do we do?" Haim asks

"uh, run and let River explain" you say gently punching his arm

"nah, we all run" he says, punching back "ok fine" and you all walk to the door and funnily enough, your mum wasn't home

"Oh thank god" you sigh "well let's all go to my room" you suggest and everyone follows on,

Corey Feldman taps you on the shoulder half way up the hallway "hey baby girl, come with me" he says grabbing for your hand, you take his hand and follow him...
