Prologue

Speculo, the human world has 2 kinds of humans; normals and portens.

Portens are usually called freaks by normals, and they are rare, only 1 out of 10 people is a porten.

Why portens are different than normals? They are born with special powers called precks, that's what makes them different.

Most of the portens aren't discovered until 12 and when it is they are killed for it.

There are special organizations runned by Portens to protect themselves they find portens ar a young age and teach them how to use their powers but this kind of organistations are illegal and when an organization is found it is destroyed.
