Just as Spencer lays on the ground expecting she would die a girl that Spencer kind of recognizes comes to her rescue and calls an ambulance.
2 hours after Spencer's accident...
Toby comes barreling into the hospital to see Spencer, he finds her room but he decides not to go in because Spencer's parents are with her. He has not met Spencer's parents yet and this is not how he wants to. While Toby waits outside the window he sees Hazel inside talking to Mr and Mrs.Hastings. He wants to go in but he knows it's best if he waits outside. Hazel comes out and sees Toby so she walks toward him.
"What happened" Toby says very concerned.
"Spencer got hit with a car, I was in a store when it happened, I heard something so when I saw Spencer I went to her and called an ambulance right away".
Toby stares at Spencer with a dad look on his face.
"You know you could go in and see her" Hazel states.
"I can't she's mad at me, and I can't tell her the real reason I broke up with her" Toby says.
"You really aren't going to tell her"? Hazel asks.
"I can't , not without her getting hurt" Toby says.
"Toby she's already hurt"Hazel adds. "You broke up with her to keep her safe, but does she look safe to you" Hazel says while her and Toby look at Spencer with a broken arm.
"You know who did this Toby , you should fix it" Hazel says.
"I will once Spencer is awake, -AC is going to pay for this" Toby says sternly.
