True love that went wrong

Lies start to be told

It has been one week since Spencer got the threatening text message, from "AC". That day she found Toby at home who, to her was acting a little strange. Again Spencer thought it was just Toby being a guy.
Over the week Spencer and Toby were hanging out and getting to know each other better, when Toby's phone rang and it read "unknown caller ". Spencer insisted he could take the call, but he just turned the sound off and put it back in his pocket.
Spencer: " Toby who was that, why didn't you just take the call?"
Toby: " It's just my mom, I will call her back later".
Spencer: "Ok, now I just wanted to make a promise with you, which is : know that whenever we are together, we will always tell each other the truth to each other, promise?"
"Promise" Toby said in a non-convincing voice.
The next two days Spencer kept calling Toby to see if they could get together that weekend, but he never picked up his phone. So Spencer was prepared to find out why he was ignoring her.
Today was Monday morning and Spencer was going to confront Toby about him not picking up his phone. Three hours later at lunch they were sitting together there eating lunch and that's when Spencer confronted him. Toby replied with "I'm sorry I was studying for a big English test I had today, I promise I will pick up my phone from now on". Spencer allied him later that evening, he picked up as he promised, but he hung up fast, he said he had something really important to do. So with that Spencer went over to his house and when she knocked on his door and it opened it, was not Toby she saw, it was a beautiful brunette standing in front of Spencer with amazing green eyes, whose name was Hazel.
Spencer thought Toby was cheating on her, so she just left Toby's house feeling sad and angry. Spencer did not know what to think, so she stopped thinking about Toby and watched one of her favourite movies. Later that evening Toby called her, and she did not want to pick up. He left a message saying: " we should get together tonight and watch a movie because I need to tell you something". Spencer's face went blank, she thought he was going to break up with her tonight. Spencer never replied that night and never answered can any of her calls or texts.
The next morning Spencer was not planning on going to school, because she did not want to risk bumping into Toby. Spencer mom (Mrs.Hastings) forced her to go. She built up all the confidence inside of her and was ready to face what Toby had to tell her.
When Spencer got to school she was ready to face anything the world would throw at her, well at least she thought she was. Spencer saw Toby and Hazel talking and just as Spencer was going to talk to him , Toby and Hazel hugged and Hazel kissed Toby ........................
