Legolas and YOU!

My Brother,Legolas The Prince of Woodland Realms

As in the previous weeks,Mabel and Legolas was always everywhere.Legolas love to take her to visit Mirkwood's town.She was so fond of the surroundings there.The elvens also loved her for her friendliness.Though some would just glared but smiled when saw she was with Legolas.This at times pissed him off.But despite of the undeserved treats she received from those elvens kind,she has always been kind.Telling Legolas not to say anything but he could glare at them back.Which made him laugh so hard but still pissed off with the way they treat her like that.Well,their friendship grew closer each day.It's not weird for them to care for each other.Mabel always advised Legolas to be always confident and not afraid to give his thoughts in councils.Well,he is a bit scared due to the fight that happened long time ago when a quarrel started because of one ring.They blamed his big mouth that the quarrel happened.

"You know.Joel Bender always told me that elfs are wise.They always brave and were not afraid to speak out their thoughts for they were the smartest among tribes"

"Well,I just don't want to take a blame if I mistaken with my words and probably started another quarell."

"You can always try to speak but brave in a polite way.I'm sure bickering could be avoided"

"I began to think that mortals are smarter than elfs are"

"It's just a logic thinking."

"Thanks.I should be going to the council now.Father awaits me"

"Okey.Remember.Brave,wise but polite"

"Yes,Mabel.I'll see tonight during dinner."

As they say goodbye to each other,Legolas went to the council.He spoke out his mind but he followed every guidelines Mabel said to him.From that day onwards,he was called with a few names and titles.Like Legolas The Wise Gentle Prince,Legolas The Gentle,Wise Soft Prince of Mirkwood.They sounded weird but everyone started to like him more.He was often called for council for they can see humbleness and wiseness in him.He thanked Mabel a lot.She was glad how she could have help him.They always help and care for each other.One day,Legolas took Mable out to town again.A few guards was with him as he was watching her playing with kids.One of the guard commented:

"Prince Legolas,you are very close and comfortable around Lady Mabel"

"Why wouldn't I?She is the friendliest person I ever met"

"Well,you seem more like a brother than a friend to her.I think"

"Really?Everyone always said that.But,is that what you think and see,Arithion?You have always been with us both most of the time"

"Yes,I agree with everyone's comment.She should be calling you Brother.I think that might help You get much closer to each other"

"I suppose.Thank you for the thoughts,Arithion"

The sun begins to set and they went home.Mabel was riding behind Arithion as Legolas was still in town with some of his business.He whispers to her:

"Lady Mabel,don't you think it will be much suiter to call Prince Legolas 'Brother'?"

"Umm,Yeah.I think so.Why?"

"I think it will be absolutely perfect to call him 'Brother'.You were close as a siblings"

"Yeah,I will.Thank you,Arithion."

Thranduil and Mabel had dinner without Legolas.He would return late.So,after dinner she went straight to her dorm.She locks the door and sits at her balcony.The full moon was shining brightly at her,thousand stars sparkles among the dark blue sky night.The moonlight was shining on her and she actually shines brightly than the stars but she did not know that.Legolas who just returned from the town with few of his man was wondering what shines so bright there.

"That is Mabel's dorm"

He muttered to himself.He get off his horse,went to his room to clean hiself.He puts on his night tunincs.Right after that,he goes to her dorm.He just barged in and saw Mabel who was sitting at the balcony.She turns to him and smile.He was suprised as she was glimmering so bright in white.But,that light did not even disturb him a bit.He walk towards her and stand beside.

"Do you know that you shine brighter than the star under the moonlight?"

"Not tired yet to joke,huh?"

"I'm serious,Mabel.Do you know that?"

"Seriously?Can you get me a small mirror?It's just beside my bed"

Legolas did as what she have asked.He hands her the mirror and she herself was shocked.How can she not notice?She put the mirror down.She smiled and begins a small talk with Legolas.

"What took you so long to return?It's the first time I saw you came home late"

"Well,I had to take care of some businesses down there.Was it that long?"

"For me,it is.It's the first time we had dinner without you too"

"So,it's a big new thing for you huh?"

"I guess so.How close is our friendship?"

"Friendship?"

"Yeah,I mean to you.How close is it?"

"I think like Brothers and sisters"

"(smiled)Then,Arithion is right.I should be calling you brother"

"He told you as well?(smirk)So am I like a brother to you or less than that?"

"Well,you are protective as Matt is.But,you're the only one I felt very close too.Of course you are,Brother"

"Well,I am happy to have a little sister though I will just call you by name"

She stands and hugs him friendly.He hugs her back too.He rubbed her back then her shoulders.Then,they turn to look at each other.He told her to go to bed.She goes ahead of him as she lied on her bed directly.Legolas stopped and raised his eyebrows.

"You're not wearing blanket?"

"I'm used to it.I don't even like them"

"You should.You'll catch cold"

He went to tuck her in and she immedietly falls asleep.He just noticed her beautiful purplish eyelids.When he was about to leave the dorm.He can hear her voice faintly said."Goodnight,Brother"

From that onwards,they become closer and closer.Until they received bad news about the jewel of Heart.
