The Peace and Love

"(moans)What happened?"

Mabel asked herself when she wakes up weakly.She gets herself to sit on her bed.Her eyes which at first was small become widened when she remembered everything.She was in her night gown still.When she examine her wounded part, it was not injured at all.No scars,scratch or anything at all.It looks as if it was never hurted at all.Alone in the room without anyone there.She thought she must have been dreaming.She gets up from her bed and went to the balcony.The warm morning sun shines on her eyes.She rises both her arms and twirl in happiness.Then,when someone entered her room she quickly stopped as she stumbled and turn around to see who it was.It was King Thranduil.He smiled as a good morning and went to the balcony to join her.

"How are you doing,Mabel?"

"I feel better than ever after having a worse dream last night of getting injured by Segora and purifieng the jewel.But,now I have to think about the jewel"

"No,it wasn't a dream,child.It really happened."

"What?So,I wasn't dreaming?I really got hurt and the jewel is for real cleanse?"

"Yes.The dark elfes weren't that smart.They think they could actually kill you with the jewel.But,they were wrong.The jewel is connected to your life but if its contaminated,you won't die.Just weakened."

"What about my wound?Is'nt there suppose to be scar?"

"The jewel is a part of Bender.It could heal Bender's who are injured.It give you half of it's soul in return"

"It safe me"

"As you have saved it"

"This means...we're at peace now!"

"Yes.Woodland realm is once again at peace thanks to your helping heart and sacrifice that you made to protect those you love.Without it,we might have the jewel fully contaminated"

"Oh...(gasp) that reminds me,Your Highness.Where is Legolas??"

"Actually Mabel,you have been out for three days.I guess your body was tired from the pain of the dark elfs spell and potion.Legolas thought you might never woke up.He went out to Rivendell to pick the elvens flower of love for you"

"What?!But,I'm awake!And fine!Flower of love?What is that,Your highness?"

"It is a flower used by us elvens to give to our beloved especially at sad moments.But,no worries,Mabel.Go and get ready.He will arrive in any minute now.He founded the flower and probably now is at the elvens forest"

Mabel gasped as she runs inside back and Thranduil left her.It took last than half an hour to arrive at the castle for one,Legolas is a fast rider and the elvens forest is not that far.She cleans herself squeeky clean with the fragrance f roses,strawberry and woods.She goes out from the shower and pick herself a beautiful gown.It was in silver and it shows her body shape with round neck and it sleeves are long until the end of it was wide open.She lets her hair down as usual.

She rushed to the mainhall as King Thranduil was waiting for her.She enters as Thranduil smiles at her.Legolas rinding his horse with three elven guards following him.He was sad.As he holds the pure lily-white flowers on his hands.Their horses galloping was so loud from the town until they arrived at the castle.He gets off his horse with the flowers in his hands.He just couldn't cry after everything that happened.He was thinking to hiself.

Why do this have to happened? Was'nt love suppose to be blessing?

Hopeful and strength?No,he was mistaken.He was about to love her

When a cruel evil power forced to snatch her own life.

He received such a happiness for a while

Then it's gone.Forever.This will be the last.The flower

express his love to her though she is dead.

But,before entering Mabel's dorm he went to see his father at the main hall.He entered with low spirit and his eyes shows weaknesses.It is odd for him for his father was standing below his throne and smiled happily.He stopped as he saw him.His hand was tucked behind him.Legolas was a bit pissed off and shocked by his father 'welcoming home' way.

"Legolas,my son.Welcome home.That's a plenty of flowers there from Rivendell"

"Yes.And why are you in such a state?"

"Well,since the three days you left.Someone just wokes up from bed happily.Wondering where you are and can't wait to see you"

He move aside slowly.Legolas eyes widened and he dropped the flowers.He had jaw drop in disbelief.Then,tears of joy fall from his eyes.There beside his father, a young petite girl with her sweet and warm smile was standing there.She was joyous to see him.He run towards her and grabs her in his embrace.He hugged her tightly as tears were flowing from his eyes:

"Mabel Iceline Bender, is this you?"

He realised her a bit as she look up at him with both her hands rest on his chest.His hands were at her back.She laughs and smiles:

"It's Acelyn.And yes it is me Mabel.Try to say my fullname correctly will you?We have been together for almost two months."

"Well,forgive me for my mistakes.I thought you will never woke up.I was in grieve for a past three days.But,now..nothing makes me more happier than seeing you"

"Well,I am glad you come back"

Then,they embraced each other again.Then,Legolas noticed his father was watching them.He turned to him and confesses:

"Father,there is something you should know"

"Well,I want to hear it from you yourself"

"(smiles at Mabel then at Thranduil)I think I have been in love when the first time I saw the girl who is talking with you at the pavilion.After asking you about her,I approached her myself.She turns to be so much better than I thought.Sweet,friendly,innocent and warm.Like Joel Bender was.But,she is so..desirable.One night,I couldn't hide that feeling anymore.I told her and I was suprised but felt blessed when she told me that she was fond of me as well.I believe you know who she is"

"So,what are you planning now?"

"This might sound crazy but. I am in love with Mabel Acelyn Bender.To us,she might be a child.But,I decided to take her as my wife.Someday,I would make her my queen.

"Then so be it.I am not going to stand in your way in this.After all,love comes from the heart.You don't make and choose them randomly"

Thranduil said and left the room.Legolas and Mabel went to the Pavilion.They sit on the bench.She was sitting so close to him and he had his left arms on her shoulder.They were gazing at each other's eyes and smile.

"I did'nt expect that from you"

"Maybe it is too early.But,i just stated my decision.I want father to know about us and have his blessings"

"An elf Prince is going to marry a mortal child?Is'nt that odd?"

"No.Not for love.Anything is possible.At least I get to watch my child wife growing"

"(laughs)Okey...but,now I was thinking how can I communicate with my family.They're so far."

"You're going home?"

"No,but at least I have to say goodbye.Don't I? and get blessings from them as well for my wedding with an elf.Which will be hard for them to believe.But,Grandpa will sure convince them"

"About that,I guess we have to call for Lady Galadriel.She might can help you"

"Lady Galadriel?Who is that?"

"The fairest elf among all.Soon,you will meet her"

"If that is what you say.(lays on his shoulders and said)Stay with me forever"

"Then,Marry me.Will you?"

"(stares at him)More than anything.Yes"

As Legolas pulled her into his embrace.He kissed her passionately.The Woodland Realm is back at peace.A new beginning will soon began for both of them.There's more to find out and to do.But,what matters is they are in love.
