Mabel was sleeping soundily on her mattress as Legolas was on her balcony.He looked up on the stars.Mabel used to shine so brighter than it.Til now,he did not know why.But,when he tries to remember everything back right where he met her at first,it was love at first sight.It might sound silly but that's the true.His blue eyes was glimmering that night.In the most darkest hour,love can comforts everything.Those old words are true.But,what he was happy and grateful the most for now was he met and fall in love with a very sweet and warm soul.Actually,ever since he become great friends with her,he can always feel her warmth radiating to everyone.As he was about to think deeper, a small hand patted his shoulder.

"You're awake and better?"

"Yeah,suddenly I do.I think it's after our kiss"

"Should I do it again so you feel much better than now?"

She smiled and gave him the face of Are-you-thinking-what-i am thinking.

"Sneaky.But,there's nothing wrong if you do it too right?"

"Okey.Then,come here"

As he embraced and kiss her again,passionately.When she was about to let go.He stopped and pulled her again to press with his lips.As he lets her go:

"Don't you like it??"

"Of course!Why wouldn't I?"

"Then,why do you let it go when I was still going to give you some?"

"(Laughs)Well,sorry there,Milord.I thought you will not like my lips"

"Stop calling me that.and I liked your lips.They tasted juicy"

He noticed that she was shining again.

"Hey,you started to shine again.Though not brighter than the star,but you are as a bright as it now."

They hug once again looking up at the stars.Mabel smiled and said while her head was still on his chest.

"It's odd.Even in this darkest hour,love can be found.It's magically comforts us,if only it could return the jewel"

"It can't return the jewel.But,it heals and safes you from death.It you mine.I wish i could have you forever"

"You already did.From the beginning,you had"

"(kiss forehead and smiles)Well,you had mine."

Although everything was not right at that time,but their love shones hope for everything.

"Aww...looks like the Prince is in love with the mere mortal"

They turned to the voice and it was...SEGORA!The jewel is in her hand.She laughs and smiles evilish.Mabel step forward as Legolas is armoured with his long knive which he always had even in castles when he is in his silver tunic.Segora was wearing a dark cloack like the night and the jewel in her hand was glimmering.The dark blue colour dominates over the pink colour of the jewel half.

"Segora!why?Why did you do this??This Woodland Realm was in a perfect peace.Why are you trying to ruin it?"

"Peace?Not exactly.This jewel is holding my tribes from being a part of Mirkwood.We dark elfs deserve to be part of this!"

"Dark elfs?You're a dark elf?"

"Dark elfs don't deserve to be here!They use black magic which ruins the nature.The jewel of Heart made from Joel Bender's soul is pure.It keeps and controls every dark forces from lurking in this land!"

Legolas cried.Segora was ignited with anger by his words.She take a small bottle from insode her cloack.She opens the lids and drop a liquid from it slowly.When it liquid the got in,Mabel suffered and scream till she falls on her knees.

"STOP!!NO!!PLEASE STOP!IT HURTS!!'

Segora smiled viciously.She was happy to see the Bender girl was suffering in pain and Prince Legolas wasn't able to do anything.She cries as she is getting pale.The dark blue liquid was swimming in the jewel.Legolas attacked Segora with his long knife.She reacts back by taking her dagger.The jewel slipped from her hand and it falls under her bed.Mabel was suffering as the dark blue liquid swims around vigorously in the jewel.Hey eyes caught a glimpse of the jewel.She looked at Legolas who was fighting with Segora with their weapons making sounds.When Legolas slipped his long knife and Segora was about to pierce him with the dagger,Mabel pulled her shoulders and indirectly she stab Mabel near her shoulder.Legolas was shocked.That horrible moment went on for five seconds.Anger was lighted in his heart as he take his long knives.Mabel looked at Segora with her eyes.She pulled her dagger out of her and when she turns around,she almost had her head cut off by Legolas.Mabel gathers all her strength,crawling to get the jewel,she grabs it and walked weakly to the balcony.She stands under the moon as she shines but very dim.She looks at the moon with hope in her eyes.The jewel of heart was as big as her palms,she stab it in her wounds just now made by Segora.When Legolas turned around,he saw what happened.His eyes widened as he stabs Segora on her knees and she falls.While the jewel that was stabbed on her wounds was still there.Her blood was flowing to the jewel.It's taking over the dark blue liquids.The moonlight was shining so bright on her then she falls to the ground.King Thranduill and all his men returned hurriedly for they know the jewel is in the castle and has been purified.

"Mabel!Mabel!(runs and held her in his arms)Oh,Mabel.My love!Please be awake"

"Legolas...Oh...We did it.The jewel is purified.Everything shall be at peace now"

Her gown was covered in blood due to her wounds.The jewel in her hand is back to its bright pinkish colour.The sunrise as its morning now.Peace was restored as the jewel is purified.
