Chapter 1: Entrance of the Amethyst Walls
So there I was, standing in front of the glowing guild. Unlike any other, this guild had amethyst walls on the outside, topped off with a glimmering golden roof.
Known as one of the 9 Great Guilds of Azerma, this one in particular caught my eye. I inhaled, then exhaled slowly. Gulping, I strided into the majestic building.
Chapter 2: The Core of the Guild
My work would, at some point, begin. As I strolled into the admirable corridor, I began to notice how much effort was put into constructing the depths of this place.
The inner walls were made of a bright sapphire, with tiles of what seemed to be flames behind a clear quartz screen, running parallel to each other.
Between these ornate tiles was a line of diamond-shaped emeralds, each vertex touching the designated emerald beside it. What was even more intriguing was the floor.
Glossy ruby stars, finished with wax. There were probably as many stars as the amount of real stars in the universe!
"Ahem."
My attention immediately turned to an old-aged man, dressed in golden robes lined with purple. He had a gray beard that was very neat and tidy, as if he combed it every night.
"My name is Guildmaster Hiraze (pronounced "Hear-raise") and this is the Chezen (pronounced "Cheh-zen") Guild."
(This was originally going to be a 9-book series, but I shortened it to one book.)
Chapter 3: (written on December 20, 2013) "Getting to Know Things"
I followed this guildmaster, dressed in silky golden robes, as he led me through the Chezen Guild, speaking to him as we walked.
"You, my dear lad, are not from this Guild, as I can see that I haven't met you before now." the guildmaster said.
"Yes, indeed, sir. I am Omaru, child of Sayaru and Otaru, the guildmaster of the Makaru Guild." I said to Guildmaster Hiraze.
"Ah, I see now. So your family has used the old way of using only a first name in your names." Guildmaster Hiraze said. "That guild, Makaru, isn't it the 9th guild?" he asked, stroking his beard.
"Yes, sir. The last one that was made." I replied. "Now, how old might you be, son?"
Hiraze was concerned about everything, it seemed. "I am fourteen, sir." I answered, flipping my dark blue hair, which was a common color in Azerma.
Almost everyone dyes their hair here. Also, we get colored eyes of interesting colors, but mine were of [a] mysterious grey color. I glanced at Hiraze's eyes. They were violet. It must be because of his robes.
"OMARU! DEAR BOY! ARE YOU AWAKE?!" a voice interrupted my thoughts. As I regained my conscious, I noticed a peculiar gray flash of light.
(That's all I have for drafts.)
