Baby shower

"Okay everybody. Okay everybody. Let's get started! Max. Baby girl come get in this special chair just for you."she said patting the chair. Maxine walked over to it, sadness suddenly swept over her like gray clouds in the sky on a rainy day.
More people came in. Like Dashell and her mom came in. Dashell waved at her and smiled. Maxine just looked at her. They played games. Maxine has never felt the way she does now. She's gonna be a mommy to two baby twins.

Maxine's POV
AHH my gosh I think I'm gonna cry. This is just too much its so sweet and I love these babies very much and I'm praying that I don't have a miscarriage as my mom did. I saw Dashell she waved at me. She probably just came because her mom forced her to. Momma is so happy for me I'm sorta happy but I'm very sad. I don't get to live my life fully with babies attached to me all night and day. But babies are a blessing not mistake. That's like saying Jesus makes mistakes and he doesn't, he's the only perfect person I know.

"Maxine you ready for the gifts?"her momma asked. "Uhh, yes ma'am."she said getting up and walking to them. (Ooos ,awwws, and soo cutes)
Afterwards people are eating and talking and leaving. Maxine finally cried and people wrapped there arms around her as they left and gave her good advice. Dashell was walking over to Maxine. "Look I'm sorry that I told everyone your business. I was just excited and "Dashell said when Maxine cut her off. "Excited?! Wow. Were you excited about me or you having something new to say to your friends about me? Dashell I thought we were sisters you was the closest thing I had."Maxine said. "I couldn't see how with kaelub. He was always there getting in my way."she said. "Dashell you sound jealous. I always knew you had feelings for kaelub. I could see you pretending to be happy for me right now. I suggest you move on because kaelub and I  are happy the way we are... And your not going to destroy it."Maxine said walking away. Dashell stormed off.

Dashell got into the car with her mom. Her mom was having a conversation with Dashell. Dashell wasn't listening instead she look out the window covered in rain drops. "Dashell you listening baby?"her mom said. Dashell unlocked the passenger side door. "I'm sorry mom , I love you."Dashell said opening the door and hoping out of the car. Her mom started to scream her name. She stopped the car and went back for her daughter. She called the cops.

"So how did you like it Honey?"Maxine's mom said as she drives. "It was okay. I have so many things for the baby."Maxine says rubbing her bump." I saw you crying baby and I'm always here for talking and to laugh with."her mom said kissing her cheek. Maxine groaned from the pain inside. "You still hate my kisses, I see."her mom said. "No mom its just contractions."she said. ""You wanna go to the emergency room?",her mom said. "No I'm sure its just gas."Maxine said as still rubbing her belly in pain. Her momma looked at her. "Alright max if your water breaks at home I am not coming back out in this weather."she said with an attitude. "Mom its two weeks before these babies come. So chill."Maxine said getting angry because her mom is talking and pain is going on. "Maxine your talking to me like I haven't already been through this...5 times. I know what I'm talking about."her momma said.

They get home and as soon as Maxine steps out her water breaks. "That better be some rain."she said helping max back in. She went inside to get her daddy.
