"What's going on?" I ask, my dad putting on his suit and mine stood next to his.

"That boy is in the city, he's destroying everything."

"What do we do?"

"We suit up." He points out, smirking. I step into my suit and my dad passes me an ear piece, i put it on and pull on my mask.

"Its a communicator. You can talk to all the Avengers." He explains.

"Jarvis, search for Jacob." I demand as a map pops up in front of my left eye.

"He's down twenty second street." I announce.

"Lets go then." He says, putting his boosters on and flying out of the basement, i follow him out into the morning sun.

Citizens are running around, screaming as Jacob charges through the street. His eyes are bright red and he's giant, taller then some of the buildings, his muscles full of drugs and pulsing. We fly up behind him, i notice Thor and Captain America on the ground fighting against Jacob, shooting him and defending themselves. But Hawkeye and Black Widow are nowhere to be seen. I fly behind and shoot at him, he doesn't even flinch. I fly as high as i can, above all the buildings but suddenly all lights in my suit go out and my boosters stop.

"Jarvis, where's my power?" I float in the air for a second before falling back down through the air.

"Jarvis, Im falling. Initiate back up power." I shout, my voice becoming panicky as i hurtle towards the ground.

"Jarvis, i need power!" I shout, a few metres from the ground.

I land on my back with a crash on metal. I groan in pain as i sit up, my lungs tighten and i start to hyperventilate, my breaths short and sharp.

"Are you okay?" Hawkeye asks, i turn to see him and Black Widow driving the ship.

"Skye?" He asks again. I try to reply but my lungs restrict me.

"Ast-Asthma." I stutter.

I pull my mask down and try to straighten my breath.

"Jarvis, asthma." I gasp, the mask releases the inhaler chemicals but doesn't turn on. All lights off.

"Take over." Hawkeye demands to Black Widow as he takes off his seatbelt and crouches in front of me.

"Skye are you okay?" He asks.

"Yep. It was just asthma." I explain, my breathing becoming normal.

"What happened to your suit?"

"Powers gone out. I need thunder." I explain, Hawkeye smiles, knowing what Im thinking. He sits back in his seat and flies down into the city.

"Thanks." I mutter, stepping out of the aircraft and onto the ground. I walk up alongside Thor.

"I need some power, can you hit me with thunder?" I ask, he turns to me and smiles.

"Sure." He answers, his voice deep like a son of Asgard should be.

I take steps back and he swings his hammer above him and the thunder travels through into his hammer. Thor then swings the hammer at me and it surges through like an electric shock, i fall onto my bruised back. Thor races over to me.

"Are you alright?" He asks.

"Yeah, that was so cool!" I say as i take his hand and pull myself up.

"Thanks." I say and zoom into the air.

Jacob towers over me, i fly up in front of him, his eyes burning red.

"Hello, Jacob." I tease, smiling.

"Ah. Little Skye, you're not feeling so big now are you?"

"Id rather be small then drugged up." I point out and fly behind him, shooting him with missiles and guns.

Jacob turns and faces his palm toward the building opposite. A block of flats.

"Jacob, there's people in there!" I shout. But watch as he throws fire at the block of flats, the fire travelling through.

"Mummy! Daddy!" I hear a child scream, i fly to the building and raise my arm to my face, protecting myself.

"Mummy! Daddy!" The child shouts again. I follow the voice, through a modern flat and i see a figure crouched in the corner.

"Hello? Its okay, Im here to help." I sooth, placing a hand out towards the child. He raises his head, his eyes full of fear and tears. His brown hair waves in the breeze from the smashed window and his lips begin to shake as tears drip down his small face.

"Hey, its okay, Im going to get you out." I explain, trying to move the beam in front of me. I watch as the fire behind the boy gradually travels closer to him.

"We're going to play a game, you have to race to me as fast as you can and duck under this beam. I will count the seconds. You ready?" I explain. He starts to slowly stand up, looking at me.

"On 1. 3,2,1." I count down. He races forward, ducking under the beam and falling into my arms.

"Good boy, well done. That was only 5 seconds, You went so fast." I encourage.

"Im going to carry you down now, okay? It will be like you're flying." I explain as i lift him on my hip and start to fly through the burning building.

"Skye, where are you?" Dad asks in my communicator.

"In a building, rescuing a boy." I explain as we crash through the front of the building and into the street. I fly down to the ground and place him on the floor.

"Captain!" I shout, he turns to me.

"Take this boy to safety." I order and i fly off.

"Where's Bruce?" I ask in my communicator.

"He's trying to make an antidote."

"Ill go check on him." I announce, flying back to the Avengers tower.
