Chapter 23-Its not over!

I looked over at the players. They all waved to me. Neymar motioned for me to go over to them. I held Nick's hand harder as I jogged over to them.

"Aren't you Mia Castro?", Gerard Pique asked me. I felt my heart beat faster. "Um, yes."

He laughed and smiled. "Nick here is a very good friend of ours." I looked up at Nick. "I wanna teach you how to juggle a soccer ball.", I told him. He raised an eyebrow. His face looked nervous for about to be embarrassed in front of the best soccer team in the entire world.

"Mia, I don't think that's a good idea.", he said nervously. "Come on! Don't be shy!", I shouted. Neymar handed me a soccer ball. I began to juggle it around my foot as Nick watched. I kicked it up to him as he quickly headered it with his head back to me.

I stopped it with my foot. "Good job!" Nick gave me a smirk. "Watch this Nick.", Neymar said as he picked up the ball. Neymar twirled the ball around both of his feet. He added some more tricks to it.

"I could never be better than that. ", Nick said with the most outrageous face ever. I giggled a little. Neymar looked at me and handed me the ball. I threw it Nick but he didn't catch it. Instead, it went right pass him.

He jogged to go after it but knowing me, I would sprint to it and try to beat him. I ran to grab the ball and ran past him. He caught up with me and caught me from behind. He grabbed my waist and pulled me back.

"Nick!", I laughed,"Nick!

"You can't beat me to it!", he shouted laughing. He pushed me down as he ran to the ball. It was rolling all the way down to the other side of the field, we were halfway there.

I rubbed my face and got up. "Bitch.", I mumbled to myself. Nick picked up the ball and looked at me. He stuck out his tongue at me and began to do a little dance. I ran to him and jumped on him. He dropped the ball and fell onto the grass.

I sat on his waist as he spread his arms out.

"You're so annoying.", he grunted with a smile. I poked his cheek. "And now I have you trapped.", I giggled. He tried to get up but I pushed him back down.

He wrapped his hands around the back of my neck and pulled me towards his face where I soon felt his lips crash into mine. There, he pushed me to the side and he got up.

"Jerk.", I mumbled and laughed.

He took my hand and pulled me up. "I still love youuuu.", he said making kissy faces at me.

I looked out at the audience. Barely anyone was left but the ones that were left were either looking at us or at the remaining team members out here.

Nick and I jogged back to our friends. "You guys looked super funny from a distance.", Audrey said laughing. Moises looked at her and smiled. I crossed my arms and smirked. "You've been admiring Audrey since you first met her.", I said.

Moises's face for red. "Yeah. And?", he asked nervously. Audrey smiled at him. "You're cute Moises.", she said. His eyes widened. He grabbed her arm and pulled her to him. He then smacked his lips against her and let go.

Gabe began to chuckle. "I never thought you would get a girlfriend before me." Moises hugged Audrey and never let go. She laughed. I gave her thumbs up before Nick Pulled me into a kiss.

"Come here Mia.", he whispered. He held my hand as he pulled me towards the middle of the field. "Mia, you make me the happiest person in this entire world. When I first met you in school, I was super nervous to talk to you but, that stupid project helped us get together. I never thought we would get this far. We have had so many adventure together. An this is why I am asking you to have more with me."

He reached into his pocket and brought out a small black box. Nick kneeled down in front of me. Everyone gathered around us. Audrey was about to explode.

He slowly opened it and inside was a shiny gold ring. He knows I prefer gold over any silver.

"Mia Castro, will you have more adventures with me and have the honour of marrying me?"
