Chapter 17-Movie struggle

September 26

13 more days till Spain

~Mia POV~

"Ah! I'm dying here!", I shouted from the backyard.

I needed the days to go faster. Gabe and Moises haven't left Audrey's house since they first got here. Life has been going really slow.

Soccer games have been going ok. But I needed Nick, BADLY.

"Mia! Let's go do something!," I heard Audrey scream from inside the house.

I sighed and walked inside.

"What happened."

I found Moises and Gabe eating chips while Audrey sat on the kitchen counter staring at me.

"Let's go do something.", she repeated. I gave her an odd look. "Maybe we should go watch a movie!", she shouted jumping off the counter.

Moises stood up. "That sounds good." Gabe blinked twice. "Which one though?", he asked.

Audrey gave us mysterious looks. "The visit!", she shouted laughing evily.

"That sounds good.", I said back.

~Nick POV~

Taylor and I walked down the street quickly. We didn't wanna be late for our movie.

"You got the tickets?", I asked her. She showed them to me. "Got them three days ago!"

Memories from when I was with Mia flashed back at me. The time we were watching insidious.

I felt someone quiver next to me. I looked down and found Mia trembling in fear. Maybe I should comfort her. I slowly began to moved my arm behind her bag and pulled her closer. Then, the shaking stopped.

"It's starting!", Taylor whined leaning back. I stuffed some popcorn into my mouth and relaxed.

~Mia POV~

"Audrey buy the popcorn, Gabe get the drinks, Moises go to the bathroom. I know you always have to. And I'll go save us some seats.", I quickly said as we split up in the entrance.

"Tickets please.", the worker asked me. I handed him my tickets.

"Aren't you Nick Robinson's girlfriend?", he asked me as he handed them back. I gave him a fake smile.

"Yes, that's me."

He smirked. "So how's it going without him here? Sorry to ask but I'm a bit curious how it would be like.", he asked.

I gave a long sigh. "It's been hard but...Nick is coming back in less than two months so I think I can handle it."

He gave me smile and said,"Well enjoy your movie and I hope you do enjoy your time."

I smiled at him quickly before walking into the movie.

A memory came to my head.

I looked at Nick. He was stress eating. I laughed a little by how he was looking at the screen. I put my hand in the popcorn. I touched something that didn't feel like popcorn. I grabbed it and took it out of the popcorn. I looked at it. A hand? Then i looked at the face that the hand belonged to.

I shook my head in distress and walked up the stairs to a good seat.

There was a couple in the middle row so I walked to those seats. The middle is usually the best seats in the entire theatre!

"Mia."

I turned around and saw Gabe, Moises, Audrey, and a mysterious guy looking at me.

I scooted all the way to the last chair but Gabe stopped me and I sat in the middle of him and Moises. They've been so protective these days.

Audrey slapped Moises and said,"It's starting!"

The entire theatre shushed her and it got quiet.

I giggled a bit.

The weird guy I saw sat a few rows down from us. He was wearing a hood over his head. Black pants and white converse. Looked good.

It was a few minutes into the movie. That guy kept staring up at us. It can't be Trent. Trent would've done something already.

{few minutes later}

I felt Moises jump at the suspense of the movie. Gabe sat there doing nothing. Audrey held tight onto Moises's arm.

There was a loud crash, then the lights went out. The screen turned off. A woman screeched. All I heard was voices whining about what had just happened.

"Aw fuck! I paid so much for this!", Audrey shouted.

I felt an arm go around me. I jumped at they sudden movement.

"Mia. We have to go."

It was Gabe. He began to pull me out of the theatre. Moises and Audrey followed.

Gabe pushed on the exit door.

"It's locked."

He looked back at me. "What happened?", I asked.

I thought, that guy.

I ran back to the seats. He was gone. I looked around a little more. He was gone. Gone gone gone.

Audrey grabbed my arm. "What is it?", she asked worried. I swallowed. "I saw a guy. Mysterious guy, follow you guys in here. He looked at me for a while. Then he sat down there and never moved.", I said as I pointed to where the guy was.

She walked a little forward.

"Where is he?"

"Mia!", someone shouted. It was a British voice I've listened to before. I voice I fell in love with then had hatred for it after.

"Run!", Gabe shouted.

I looked back and saw Trent. He was the guy. The guy that was sitting near us.

I turned back and grabbed Audrey's arm. I sprinted up the stairs and crossed the row. Trent followed. His brown hair looked good again but his eyes were baggy.

"Where do we go? Wait, you need to run! He wants you not me!", Audrey shouted.

"He tried taking you last time.", I reminded her. She shrugged and we ran back down the other way.

Gabe and Moises were trying to pry the door open.

Trent was getting closer and closer every second.

"Go!", I shouted at the door broke open and I fell out. Gabe picked me up and we ran out of there.

Trent didn't run. He stopped and stood there at the door. I looked back, Gabe pushed me forward into the car. I looked at Trent. Who knows what he went through in prison. He's only 19. He was such a goodie goodie.

Straight A student. Smartest kid in school. Always greeting people with good things. I have no idea what's going on now.

~Nick POV~

"That movie was super funny!", I shouted laughing as we got in the car. I tried to put aside my worries and have fun for once.

"And that was supposed to be scary right?", Taylor laughed as she put on her seat belt.

I started the car but didn't feel right. My gut was telling me something happened.

I shook my head. Nah, everything is ok. Only 13 more days.

I am supeeeer sorrrrrrry for not updating. I've been working on my new story Little did you know! If you don't know about it yet, it's a fan fic about Brooklyn Beckham. Ah, I love him. Btw, I will post the first chapter maybe on Sunday or tomorrow. I'm gonna post another one of Come back to me chapters in a few hours. I need to make it up for not updating in so long!
