(Kyoya's Point of View)
After showing Hanami around Metal Bey City, we battled at the bey park and were just relaxing. "So made any new friends since I was gone?" I heard Hana ask me; "yeah you could say that" I feel her shift on her side as I closed my eyes "oh yeah? what are they like?" shrugging, I answer her question "well they're a bit on the annoying side but they're alright I guess" she pouted as I looked at at the corner of my eye; "do you think I'm annoying?" taken quite surprise by her answer but quickly regained posture and smirk "yeah at sometimes" she sat up her hands supporting her "hey I am not annoying!" I chuckled she was being childish again "are too" I replied with a smirk still on my face.
She crossed her arms over her chest "am not!" she argued "are too" I said arguing back "am not am not am not!" amused, I laugh she blinked "hey what's so funny!?" she said putting her hands on both of her hips with her cute po- 'what the heck am I saying!? this is Hanami we're talking about! blushing lightly; I slightly scratch my cheek with my index finger "oh nothing it's just that after all this time of us being friends I thought you would have matured by now" she studies my face noticing my blush probably. "What's wrong with your face? it's red are you catching a cold?" she puts a hand to my forehead but I swatted it away looking in the other direction.
"Hmph I'm fine...no need to worry about me I can take care of myself thank you very much" feeling the ground shift on the ground against us I turn around to see Gingka, Kenta, Madoka; and Benkei sighing as I got to my feet. Gingka was the first to speak up; "hey Kyoya me Kenta Madoka and Benkei were out to get some burgers wanna come?" "no thanks I'll pass" Madoka noticed Hanami who was looking at her and the gang.
(Switching back to my Point of View)
I watch as the girl pointed at me and said "who's that?" standing up smiling I introduce myself before Kyoya can "I'm Hanami Haruko it's nice to meet you guys!" Gingka; and Kenta's face lit up with smiles "same to you! name's Gingka Hagane!" "and I'm Kenta Yumiya!" giggling, I crouch down ruffling up cute little Kenta's hair "oh why aren't you adorable!" he blushed lightly and laughed slightly "I'm Madoka Amano it's nice to meet you Hanami" she smiled, and I smiled back not crouching anymore I get to my normal posture "and I'm Benkei Hanawa! b-b-b-bull!" laughing I reply "and it's nice to meet you Benkei!" Kyoya looked away as I spot him looking at me.
"Kyoya you didn't tell us you had a girlfriend" Gingka said grinning, I blush deeply and Kyoya protested with a light red scarlet "she's not my girlfriend!" "eh yeah w-we're just friends is all!" Gingka, Madoka; and Benkei gave us an "yeeah sure you are.." look me; and Kyoya yelled at the same time as we said "WE'RE NOT BOYFRIEND AND GIRLFRIEND!". "Alright alright no need to get your underwear in a twist" Madoka said and she spots my bey which I had in my hand at the time "can I see your bey for a minute Hana-chan?" "oh uh alright sure" giving Iceleopard Fang to Madoka she studies it carefully "oh I see you're bey's Attack ring is a little broken".
"Chipped?" she nodded "have you been in a fight recently?" nodding I reply "yeah with Kyoya a few minutes ago why?" "Kyoya should've took you to my shop sooner, I would've fixed it with no problem!" "it's really not a big de-" but she cuts me off "it is so a big deal! come on!" she takes my hand practically dragging me "heh o-ok..." the others followed behind; once we reached her shop we came inside setting Iceleopard down finishing fixing it in just a second handing it to me "whoa it looks brand new! thanks Madoka!" she smiled.
"It's no problem" she stated and we noticed it's getting quite late "wow time flies by..." Gingka and the others slept over at Madoka's leaving me with Kyoya; at his house "you could've stayed with the others, Hanami..." shaking my head I smile "I rather stay the night with you" "I'd be fine by myself no need to worry about me so much.." "Kyoya I worry because you're my friend and I care about you" he stops to a halt..."you care about me that much huh?" he said with his bangs shadowing his blue eyes "well of course I do! we're friends!" "I'm not a little kid Hana I can take care of myself just fine!".
His sudden outburst caught me by surprise and I frown "well excuse me for caring..." he sighed "sorry for yelling it's just that...I..." he cut himself off mid-sentence walking up to him, I put a hand on his shoulder "you what Kyo-Kyo?" he shakes his head "ugh nothing let's just go..." the whole walk home we didn't say a word Kyoya got the key to his house and unlocked the door it was a little ...messy but quite...homey. "You can take the bed I'll sleep on the floor" Kyoya offered well it really wasn't an offer more like a command I was about to protest but he had beat me to it "I said I'll sleep on the floor don't worry about it" sighing I laid down on the bed..."g'night Kyoya" "night Hana.." and we both fell asleep for the night.
