U-nity, Uniqueness, Us

Two days have passed since the #TamangPanahon and all I can see are headlines and news about them. But what touched me the most is the positive feedback about ALDUBNATION. We Filipinos are notorious for being the "pasaway" and sometimes nuisances in terms of following rules and regulations. But this time, it seems that this momentous event is a game changer. Everyone seemed to be starting a new leaf or shall we say we have come to a realization that Filipinos are really good natured and that through positive inspiration and motivation we can all unite and prove that we can be disciplined and prove all those stereotyping about us wrong. Last Saturday was the historical proof of it. Not only we proved to them that unity and discipline is possible but also we can unite and gather peacefully for a greater and higher purpose.
Thus, I am proud to say that I am in one with this Nation of Fandom. Proud to be with people who are doing the best to become better simply by being true to themselves and being inspired.
This fandom is a diversified collection of people uniting for different purposes but still one in spirit of love. Sure, sometimes I ask myself, just for a simple reality check. Why am I so engrossed with them, why can't I stop myself from watching their videos, commercials, shows and so on over and over again? Why can't I stop myself from tweeting and back reading tweets, stalking random people on Twitter whenever I see something interesting that they have written about AlDub? Maybe for some of you these questions are still left unanswered, right? The more I ask myself the more I get to discover other interesting things about them. And it's like a spiraling path, the curves and turns go deeper and higher but it just don't stop, it wouldn't stop.
For three months we joined them in their journey to #TamangPanahon. We laughed, cried, hurt, anticipated, got frustrated when things didn't go our way ( admit it, there are some predictions and some suggested storylines on Twitter that we wished the creative writers of the show have followed) but it just don't work that way. Still with all those experiences, the topsy-turvy ride we have arrived, safely arrived and not only that it was one hell of a joyride! I myself enjoyed every bits of it. I would even still find myself going through the very first episode just to remind myself of that first "kilig" that very first reason why we are all hooked in this fandom, why we are so hooked in this addiction, why others call it a "happy accident" but for me it is all a great design of God. Everything fell into place. They fell into the right place at the right time.

At the moment while I am pouring all these thoughts I am seated at gate 118 in Terminal 3 of NAIA, patiently waiting for my flight back home. ( grand daughter duties) I checked my Twitter for updates. Since my flight is at 4pm I didn't get the chance to watch EB and KS today. To my surprise! Whoa! Overload of pictures! Sweetness and kilig! I just can't contain this anymore! ( walang mag momove on! )
Di pa nga ako nka move on nung Sabado! Sinabayan pa ng Sunday Pinasaya surprise Prank call na aminin natin super kilig si Bae! Na out of character si DJ Bae! Tapos eto na nmn!
