-Avery's pov/
After I rapped my stomach wound I passed out on the couch. I woke up later to some one poking at my face. I swat at them with my hand, hearing giggles as they continue. My eyes flutter open to see Kaylyn and Lauren surrounding with big smiles on their faces. "Shouldnt you be resting?" I ask them. "Come on Avery. I want to do some thing." Kaylyn pouts. "I dont care about you, I know you're fine. Im talking about you." I turn to Lauren. "You dont need to mother me, I'm fine!" She says. "I will mother the hell outta you. Now go rest!" I command. She does so with a sigh.
I sit up and check my injuries. They seem to be half healed already, but will still need some time. I try to stand, but end up collapsing back on the couch, clutching my stomach. Kaylyn rushes over to me and pushes me down lightly as I try to stand again.
"What do you need, I'll get it." She asks. "A glass of water and a pear." I say, knowing that I cant even try to fight Kaylyn, no one can. We're too stubborn. She walks into the kitchen, and walks back out with my requested item. She hands them to me and lays down next to me as I eat.
She watches me as I eat, and when I'm done gets up and throws away my trash. She sits back down next to me and turns on the TV as I lean on her start to doze off again. She pulls me onto her lap and I prop my head right under her head.
She rubs random shapes into my back and I hum softly. I start to shiver, for it was still winter and by this time night. She grabs a big fluffy green blanket and raps it around us. I gratefully cuddle into the warmth as Kaylyn raps her arms around my waist.
She lowers the volume on the TV and we both drift off into a soothing slumber, rapped up in the warm blanket and each other.
(Welp, there it is. And btw guys im going to start a new book some time soon, so im looking forward to that. So yeah, bye for now my little sprites! -ghosty)
