Just want to thank pink_is_my_lovee for my new cover.
I love when people make covers and pictures.
Ollie pulls me off his lap as we make our way downstairs to where all the noise is coming from.
All I can hear is Gabby having a heated discussion with someone and it makes me laugh.
I can just imagine her clicking her fingers in the sassy way she does.
Ollie walked me to what I assume is the kitchen and as soon as I step through the door I am in a tight embrace.
"Oh my god Amelia are you alright? I was so worried! I was about to get my chainsaw but Gabby said it was boarder line psychopathic but who's she to say I'm a phyco? She's the one arguing over a pop tart" Nina's tight hug and babbling made be feel so much better.
The feeling felt so natural and I've missed hearing her voice.
I laughed.
She squeezed me tighter.
"Nina, you're squishing vital organs" I spoke in a strained voice.
"Whoops sorry" She let out an awkward giggle and put her arm around my shoulders.
We walked further into the kitchen and everyone was sat around the kitchen island.
Gabby, Ollie, Joey, Dale and Ollie's cousins Sebastian and Christian.
"Hey how you holding up" Joey asked as I took a seat.
Everyone's eyes were on me.
"You know what? I'm doing okay" I said confidently.
And I was. I'm already feeling better and safe around everyone here and it's a really nice feeling knowing you're safe and secure.
"That's good to hear, you had us all worried especially this one" he nudged Ollie with his elbow.
Ollie looked embarrassed at Joey's words. I just smiled and looked down at the floor, not wanting anyone to see my reddening face.
"Now what's wrong with you Gabby and what's this I hear about pop tarts?" Gabby groaned in frustration.
"I grabbed the last packet and put them in the microwave and as I finished making my coffee this pig had already stuffed them both down his cake hole!" Gabby said pointing her finger at who I'm sure is Sebastian.
He looked guilty but I couldn't help but laugh at his face that was covered in sprinkles and frosting.
"That's a shame I was looking forward to pop tarts" is all I said in between laughs.
"Yeah and if that pig didn't chow them down I could've given you one of mine" Gabby pouted.
"It's fine, good to see you Gab's" I gave her a side hug from where I was sat.
I've really missed my friends. It's made me think how much I miss my phone too, not texting or calling them and being on the phone for hours on end talking about pizza and how sexy Channing was in Magic Mike.
I just hope my parents haven't tried ringing me at all.
"We retrieved this on the way out"
Dale pulled out my phone which was shattered on the back."It works but it's just a bit smashed up" he added.
I pressed the button and the picture of me and Ollie popped up and I smiled slightly.
"I'll take it to get fixed" Ollie said over everyone's quiet chatter.
"So what's the plan?" Christian asked ollie.
"I was thinking we'd round up our old men and..."
"Can we just go and do something fun and we'll talk about all this tomorrow" I said.
I just want to get my mind off all this rubbish for a day and then the guys can deal with it tomorrow.
Just one day of fun and normality would be good.
"We could go on a hike?" Gabby suggested.
Normally I'd be up for a hike, me and Gabby love hiking but I don't think my legs could hold out walking for hours today.
"I can't even walk to the shop without getting tired" Nina butted in.
We all laughed.
"We could go sailing" Joey said as the laugher died down.
"Yeah then we could go to our dads pub for a pint" Christian mentioned nudging his twin.
"I'm up for that I haven't seen uncle Mike in a while" Ollie said fist bumping Christian in the process.
"Everyone in?" Ollie added.
"Sounds good" Is all I said.
This was just a bit a a filler chapter I had to split into two because it was sooo long, I might upload it tomorrow or on Sunday let me know when you want me to X
