10k falling in love( Z Nation)

chapter 2

As we were riding down the highway their truck runs out of gas so we stop at this place that has gas. The only thing wrong was there was a bunch of z's around the pump because they were attracted by the noise. So Addy and Mac go to the thing that is making noise i guess he is her boyfriend. Roberta and Garnett set of to kill some z's. Cassandra and Doc go off to kill some z's too. Murphy, 10k, and I stay at the truck to guard it. The z' s start coming toward us so I pull out the knife from my boot. I start stabbing them in the brain and one caught me off guard when I was killing another one. It pins me up against the truck I look over at 10k to ask for help he wasn't there. "Can I have some help here Murphy" I asked him. He shook his head as if he was scared. I thought it was over so I thought I had a good run. Then the z just dropped I then see a glimpse of 10k from a far building. Addy and Mac stopped the noise and the z's were dead. Then we hear a big explosion and we drop to the ground. It was my bike. Man was I mad. "I guess i will have to ride with them." I said. Then the gas ran out because it was on the ground. "Now we are crap out of luck."said Doc. Then we see 10k running towards us with two tanks of gas. "Kid you are a god" said Doc. So they fill the truck up with gas. We then got in the truck Garnett was driving , Roberta was in the passenger, Doc,Cassandra,and Murphy were sitting in the back,10k,Addy,Mac and I were sitting in the trunk of the truck. I look at 10k. " Thank you" I say. "No problem" said 10k. "Can I ask you a question" I said. "Only if I get to ask you a question."said 10k. "Sure" I said "Okay then" 10k said. "Why 10k"I asked. "It is how many z's I plan to kill" said 10k " That is cool" I said. "So what is your name" 10k asked. "Katrina" I said. " That is a beautiful name Katrina"said 10k "Thank you" I said. I look at him with his green eyes and his raven hair I think to myself I think I love him. He notices me and blushes then looks down. I then blush and look down. "Awe young love" said Addy. I give her a glare. She smiled back at me.
