Pitter patter, pitter patter. It was raining really heavily. Boxes and boxes were filling up the already cramped hallway. Old photographs of us;my family, were lined neatly along the oak coffee table. Today was the day that my older sister and brother would be moving out of the house.

"That's the last one," I heard Kayla's voice at the end of the hallway. Kayla placed the last box onto the ground before dusting off her skirt. She looked up and smiled when she saw me.

I smiled back and wave as she made my way towards me. "Be careful!" I yelled when I noticed that Kayla nearly tripped over several small boxes.

"Hai, hai," Kayla rolled her eyes playfully before laughing. I laughed along. She soon placed her arm on my shoulders before looking outside the window.

"Today is the day , isn't it Miya?" She asked teasingly. I laughed and nodded. Hide the pain they say.

"Want to help onee-sama to carry boxes into the van?" She asked as she rolled up her sleeves. I nodded eagerly as I hoped over the boxes, as if I were to die if I touched any one of them.

After spending 3 hours carrying boxes, my arms were alrwady aching pretty badly. I groaned as I slumped down onto the couch. I sighed in pleasure as I felt the ache slowly disappearing."I am pretty sure that I would have big biceps by now," I joked as I painfully brought up my left arm and flexed before kissing it.

"Bye onee-sama. Promise to call okay?" I asked. Kayla nodded before hugging me. I watched as she entered the van. Marcus walked out of the house, carrying one last small box before placing it inside the van. "Onii-chan, remember to write letters to me okay?" I asked in a very childish voice. Marcus laughed before entering the van.

"Bye onee-sama! Bye onii-chan!" I yelled out as I waved both arms. I smiled.

The house soon began to be quiet. There wasn't the sound of Marcus video games being played, there wasn't the sound of Kayla cooking. My 2 other siblings were at their friends' houses. It felt lonely.

I felt tears threatening to pour out of my eyes when it finally hit me. They weren't here. I was alone again. I missed their presence and 5 minutes only passed. The pain in my chest doubled as I made my way up to what was once Kayla's room.

The bed and cupboard was still there. But her clothes and beedsheets weren't. I could still smell Kayla's scent in the room. I layed down on Kayla's old bed I dug my head into the pillow. I allowed the tears to fall out. I was sniffling so hard, I could barely breathe.

"Onee-sama, Onii-chan, come back soon."

I know, I know. Pretty emotional, right? Where is all the awesomeness that was promised? Well be patiend there my fellow children. They will come out. This was just a short prologue into Miyako's life before she met the Sakamaki brothers. And this scene, Miyako was only 14. So don't worry, the crazy, awesome stuff will come up.
