It was 5 weeks till the dance and I was nervous as ever. The girls wouldn't stop talking about me and Sirius finally going together and I honestly couldn't stop smiling. We had way more to talk about when she finally said yes to James, not a date more of a friend to the dance. Still ship it. Remus was going to take Marlene after her breakup with Archie or was it Christian. I don't know I get confused. Alice was going with her year long boyfriend Frank which was so cute. Everyone else I couldn't care about. I was going to see my friend Hagrid. I forgot to say he is my friend, he is awesome. I can't remember who Peter is going with I think it's a girl from Ravenclaw though. "Hiya Hagrid" I say opening the door he smiled and let me in. I pet fang who was anything but vicious trust me. Fang was the biggest softie ever much like Hagrid, "How are you Hagrid?" I say taking my tea. I sip a bit "I'm well, I heard you've been asked to the dance" he says winking. I blush and nod "Yes and I'm going with the guy I want to and I can't wait. And Lily is going with James!" I say. He grins "Knew they'd be a couple soon",he says making me giggle. A knock sounded before the door open "Hello Dumbledore" Hagrid says. I wave and Dumbledore chuckles "I was wondering if I may borrow Miss Gold" he says. I give Hagrid a hug and follow him up to the school, we enter his office and Lily hugs me. I frown "What happened?" I ask, Dumbledore slid a photo forward and I frowned three people were scratched out. I was left smiling my arms around the boy in front of me. And beside me the man and woman did the same "My family?" I ask. He nods, he makes the scratches go away and I smile "We went there for a picnic every Sunday, till Voldemort killed them" I say looking at it "We found it in your uncles and aunts place when we looked around. Also I thought you'd might want this" he says before handing me a photo album. Well scrapbook "I thought I lost it" I say smiling. "Thank you" I say and he nods. "You to run along, you do have a ball to prepare for" he says. We laugh and go to the common room.
