I was over you
You were so gone from my mind
Until Friday night
I lay way too close
Feeling heat of your body
With you feeling mine
I had accepted
The sad awkward lonely truth
To then be misled
I had been content
With my fleeting share of light
But now I can't be
Stop confusing me
With your turncoat ladish ways
Become truthful please
