"Mommy?" Little Morgan said as she tugged at her mother's shirt. "Mm.. What is it baby?" Lucina said as she picked up her head from her arms that were rested on the desk she fell asleep on.
"Can you sleep with me? I had a nightmare." Morgan said, clutching the small stuffed blue bunny in her hand tighter. Lucina then realized her daughter's face was wet from tears. "Oh...? What was it about?" Lucina asked. "well... I was walking through a field.. And something started chasing me. So I ran, but I tripped! He was gonna hurt me till' I woke up.." Morgan said.
Lucina sat on Morgan's bed with her in her arms and pulled the covers onto them. "I'm scared mommy.." Morgan said. "Don't worry, Morgan, me and daddy will always be there to protect-" Lucina was cut off by her small daughter's snore. She kissed her daughter's head. "Goodnight baby girl.." That was the last thing, Lucina said before drifting off to sleep.
