When the Bird and the Flower Were Once the Same

     A kiss....I was going to confess my feelings to Phoenix,but I was cut off by a kiss...from her."I-I'm sorry Thorgi I don't know what came over me I-"
   I simply reply with a blush
    "It's okay Phoenix I've always liked you.." I blush a little when I say that.
      "OMG I'm gonna go tell Zoey...Ekk" a familiar voice says"My ship is sailing...oh maybe garmau will sail to"That's when we realize it's Cookie,then Phoenix and I both blush like a tomato.All of a sudden sprints off to find Zoey mumbling 'my ship is sailing...me ship is sailing' over and over again."W-Well that was awkward"

"Y-Yeah I'm gonna go um...play with Levin."
"Okay",I say reluctantly.I watch as she runs wobbly up to the house and scratches on the door.Then all the events of the past few minutes hit me"Phoenix she u-uh kissed me wow.WOW!"I never knew how love felt,I mean true love not the love between a family.Man true the love feels like my heart could skip a beat.Again WOW.

Phoenix's P.O.V

Ek!I can't believe I kissed him.I wonder what he'll think.Will he return my feelings or reject them leaving a awkward gap in our friendship.Well when he's gone I'll go and find some privacy for myself.Wait he's leaving now so where should I go?Hmm...maybe the...ahh the meadow(A.N. Now there is a meadow in Phoenix Drop).I feel my heart race as I run hoping no one will see my rose red cheeks.Oh wait I have fur duh,sometimes I swear my IQ drops so much.Anyways let's go to the meadow. Ah the meadow it's been so long.Beautiful flowers.Everywhere.The birds sing their lovely melody.It reminds me of this poem my parents used tell me."

      "Ahh I always loved that poem it just brought me peace and jo-" Then I was cut off by blood red figure with bright orange hair.Then all a scream filled the air.It was coming from the woods next to me.I quickly sprint towards the source hoping that it wasn't Aphmau,but it was.I saw a pale Aphmau standing behind Levin holding him back from what seemed like a dream...or a nightmare.The blood red figure was Laurence.He stood still as if he was a statue,giving Aphmau a deathly stare and then disappearing into the thicket.Brian tries to calm down the frantic Aphmau,while the other guards race to the scene.
Phoenix come here girl.Lets go home.C'mon.
    "Ahh!Connor,no!Wait...it was just a dream."
C'mon girl let's go.Ok
   "Ah...why do you do this mind?"
Ok we're here let's-No Carrie.Jack.Why not m-
     "Please stop playing mind games"I say with tears in my eyes."P-Please"

   "I wonder where Phoenix is"I ask myself quietly,want,no need to ask some questions."A terrifying scream rings the air.The guards rush over me towards the source,I follow them.As I run through the forest I trip on the slippery ground."Dang rain,"I mutter under my breath.I try to get up and continue running to the source of the scream,but my leg hurts so much.I try to ignore the pain and keep running,but I can't move.Then I start dragging myself along the slick mud,but a shadowy figure comes and stands in front of me and Chants strange spells."Ki noye ser koi sheen," is what I can hear over the sounds of the winds blowing fiercely around us.Then a flash makes the world different.Crimson skies,blue grass,and the shadow figure is now glowing.All of a sudden the world turns black.
