~ Jacob's P.O.V ~
"Sage, your neck!" I look through my bag looking for anything.
"Don't worry, we need to get to this camp" As Sage and I travel to the camp Sage collapsed.
"Sage! Come on." I say, my voice laced with worry. "Please stay with me!" I put Sage over my shoulders and carry her to Camp Half Blood. As we stumble through the woods I see torches, I travel towards the light with Sage on my back. After minutes of walking I come across twelve cabins, all looking different from the other. "Is anyone here!?" I cry while stumbling past the cabins "Please someone help me!".
"Who are you?" replies a voice coming from a big building.
"My name is Jacob, and this is Sage, we were at a party. We were just leaving until we got attacked by these Empousai, and they said something about Demigods?" I suddenly become very dizzy and nauseas, and then I collapse.

"Hello, Jacob, are you awake?" I open my eyes to see a man leaning over me, with a woman right at his side. "Who are you?" I say, panicking.
"My name is Chiron next to me is Rachel, our Oracle" Chiron replies. I instantly feel queasy when I see he has a horse back and legs.
"How long have I been out?" I ask still feeling sick.
"Two days, and yes, Sage is okay." He replies with a concerned face.
"What is this place, what am I?" I try getting out of the bed until Chiron pushes me down.
"This is Camp Half Blood, and you my friend, are what we call a demigod or halfblood!" Chiron responds cautiously, as if I'm going to freak out. Freaking out is obviously a common thing here.
"As in Half Human, half......?" I ask
"God or goddess, your mother or father had an affair with a God and you came along!" Chriron replies
"Ughh" Sage groans as she starts opening her eyes. "Wh-where am I" Sage looks like she just woke up from a nightmare, her hair was scruffy, her eyes were all red, and she still had the bite marks on her neck "I will explain after, but first drink this" Chiron hands Sage a cup of golden liquid "Its Nectar, it good for you"
"Thanks" Sage takes the nectar and drinks all of it "That was great, now come on, show us around" Sage smiles.
"Alright" Chiron, Sage and I get up and we leave the room. Rachel claimed she had to be somewhere, meeting someone called Annabeth. As soon as I left I already fell in love with the camp, to my left I saw a fighting area with demigods clashing swords.To my right I saw twelve cabins in a 'U' shape, Sage walks towards the cabins with such amazement in her eyes. "These are the cabins" Chiron continues, "Every demigod who comes here has a cabin. The twelve major gods are Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Aphrodite, Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Hephaestus, Demeter, Hermes, Dionysus and Athena. We also have cabins for the minor gods but they aren't used much, the most popular are probably Hecate and Nemesis." I look at the twelve cabins, they are covered with different things, grasses and flowers, corals and shells and random things. I was just about to check something else out until I saw a teenage boy coming out of the cabin covered in corals and shells.
"Hey Percy!" Chiron calls out. Percy walks towards us, he is wearing a orange top with the words 'Camp Half Blood' and a necklace with four beads. With his dark hair and sea green eyes he could be older but I'm pretty sure he's about sixteen.
"Hey Chiron, are we still playing capture the flag tonight?" Percy asks.
"Of course Percy, and can you do me a favour?" Chiron questions, his hooves clattering about.
"Anything Chiron." Percy smiles
"Take care of Sage and Jacob, will you? They're new here, they were attacked by Empousai." Chrion pats Percy on the back.
"Sure will, we will become best friends" Percy winks at both Sage and I and Sage giggles while I chuckle.

Sage fidgets as Percy adjusts her armour for capture the flag, I'm pretty sure she's nervous that we actually have to wear bronze armour for a mini game. As the last strap is adjusted she mutters a thank you and grabs a short bronze sword.
As Percy walks over to me with a bronze breastplate in his hands I look up,
"Why is everything glowing and bronze?" We are currently in a weapons shack and absolutely everything inside is pretty much bronze and glowing. Percy slips the armour over my head as he replies,
"It's called celestial bronze, it's deadly to monsters and very tough so we use it for a lot of things. Weaponry, explosives, armour, you name it. If its war related we probably have it made from celestial bronze thanks to our Hephaestus kids. As for why it glows, I'm not sure. All I can say is that it comes in handy when you're fighting in the dark or need a flashlight. It emits dim lighting." Percy tightens the last strap on my armour and shows me the weapons.
"Pick a weapon of your choice, I'll be able to show you how to use it in defence and one attack type before the games start. Sage picked a short sword because it felt right in her hand, what will you pick?" Percy asks as he lays out a big variety of weaponry. Bows, daggers, long swords, short swords, throwing knives, ninja stars, you name it.
I slip my hands around a short sword like Sage picked but it feels too light and unnatural. Picking weapons is kinda like the whole goldilocks scenario, it needs to be just right. After going through several different weapons I finally pick up a *what ever weapon Callum wants Jacob to have.* and it almost instantly feels like it moulds to my hand. A warmth spreads through me and I turn to grin at Percy.
"I've found my weapon." I hold up the glowing celestial bronze and he smiles back.
"Good, I'll teach you guys how to use your weapons and then capture the flag will start!"
