chapter 20

The door opened and it was someone new, Spike, and Dom holding some books and a video game.

"Care to explain?" I smiled. Spikes eyes widened and he threw a punch. I summoned my shield and put it up, making his wrist crack and almost break. He pulled it back in pain, and I smiled.

"H-Have his eyes always been purple?" The new guy asked.

"N-No." Dom replied. I growled, and I made my shield disappear. I held my hand out, and Adam blocked the door for me while I went in. I took the books and the video games, and pushed the new guy out.

"Your going to half to fight me if you want me out!" Dom yelled. I made the books disappear and my wings spread out. His eyes widened and he ran out the room. I helped up Spike, put my hand in my pocket, and pulled out an endershard. I held it up, and it started floating. A beam of light shot out of it towards Spike, and he started floating. Then he healed completely in any way.

The shard fell into my hands and I put it back into my pocket.

"Why are you being so nice?" Spike asked me with doubt.

"Your a human. One who needs to learn from mistakes that are made. Now go back with them. I don't want to see you ding this ever again." I replied.

"Since when were you the father of everyone?" Adam laughed. Spike went out hanging his head lowly, and I made the stuff teleport back.

"So what was so important about these books?" I asked. I picked up the biggest one and read the title.

"Seto's diary." I gasped. Seto blushed and I instantly handed him the book.

"Mitch's Diary, Jerome's fluffy book, S-Skybrines secrets, Frogs ways, phat house fish diary." I read them all. I handed everyone the books, and looked at the video game.

"Fire emblem. That's Jin's favorite." Adam smiled.

"A-All of the items are related to you guys but. Why would they want this?" I questioned out loud.

"Do you think that they are trying to find out our secrets?" I asked.

"It would make sence. But Ty, dont you have a diary to?" Seto asked. I summoned it and threw it to him.

"Try and read it." I laughed. He opened it, closed it, put it on the ground, and walked away.

"Im done. How did you even do that?!" He laughed.

"Do what?" Adam asked. He opened the book and laughed.

"He wrote it in dragon, and the words are all moving. There is only one page!" Seto laughed.

"I have my ways." I giggled. Dakota lightly punched my arm, and walked away with his book.

"Adam, what about your book?" I asked. He opened it and then closed it. He walked away without saying anything and I sighed. I went into the room, and sat down on my bed.

"So is no one able to read dragon besides actual dragons?" Ian asked me.

"Well. I don't really know. To me, its just English." I replied. I focused my energy and without moving, the door shut.

"Hey Ty? Can I come in for a second?" Seto asked.

"Sure." I replied. He came in and shut the door behind him.

"Is there something you want to talk about?" He asked me.

"Well that's a weird question to ask." I said. He looked at me with concern, grabbed my diary off the shelf and threw it to me.

"About what's in this book." He said with concern.

"Uh. Why would you thi-"

"You wrote it in a language only you understand in this area. As if its horrible." He inturupted.

"I don't even know the difference between English and this!" I yelled at Seto.

"The difference is that only dragons can read it." He said to me.

"Why do you even want to know?!" I asked.

"Because I'm your friend and I need to know what happened!" He yelled. I stopped everything and he stopped in realization.

"I uh.. H-Here." I sighed giving him the book.

"I-I have an idea. I won't tell you what it says but, uh. Let's go to your room." I sighed. He nodded and we went into his room. I picked up some of his potion ingredients and started mixing.

"What are you doing?" He asked. I shushed him and he watched carefully. I took the sample of my DNA and put it very slowly into the potion. I quickly put the cap on the vial, and it blew up into a gas. Then turned back into a liquid.

"How do you know how to make potions?" He asked. I shushed him even more, and picked up the potion of unknown secrets. I carefully and steadily started tipping it, making sure only one drop was added. I put it down, and put the cap on. I shook it and it turned into a full purple and black gas.

"Woah." He gasped.

"What did you just make?!" He asked.

"Um. I-Ill show you. Just. I opened it in his face and the gas went into his ears.

"W-What did you do?!" He asked. I opened the book and his eyes widened.

"You are now able to read dragon, but you don't have any actual features of the specified creature." I smiled.

"When did you get so smart?" He asked.

"Its said that dragon hybrids are far more interior, but I doubt that. I just study during my free time. Did you know that you can learn a lot me actually BEING in a book?" I asked. He looked suprised, and curious at the same time.

"Uh, y-you can read the book." I sighed. I walked to my room and I laid down in bed. I closed my eyes seeking for a new day to overcome and fell asleep.
