Chapter 1: Introduction

My name's Riley (and yes I'm a girl) you can call me Riley Jane McCallaway for short. I'm 17 yrs old, I grew up in Florida and yeah thats about it..

"Yo McCallaway! let's go shoot some hoops!" my best friend Riley McDonough said yes we're both named Riley some people think we're meant to be but honestly NO. My mom and Riley's mom are BFFs they both thought it would be cool if their kids had the same name, not really tho..

I remember when Mom introduced me to Riley we we're both 3yrs old at that time

"Hi I'm Riley! whats your name?" I said

"No, I'm Riley!" He shouted

"No, My name's Riley!" I shouted

"Mommy she's copying my name!" He shouted

We ended up fighting and I kicked his balls and he cried for an hour oh little me I'm so proud of you..

Our moms are really close I even call his mom 'Mommy Joan' and they call my mom 'Mommy Jess' as well, They live 2 blocks away from our house so basically I grew up with them..

"McCallaway! you coming or not!?" the freak said

We call each other by our last name so it wouldn't be weird but also sometimes he calls me 'Riles' and I call him 'Ri'..

I'm not your ordinary girl, I don't wear make-up it makes my face feel heavier, I wear jeans and baggy shorts not skirts, short shorts? uhmm boxers please, tank tops? loose t-shirts all the way! high heels? eww no. sneakers? heck yeah!

We arrived after 15 minutes..

I saw Connor, Toby, Thomas and Braiden.

"Not this time McMilkyway, okay its 3 on 3 Me, Connor and Braiden vs You, Toby and Thomas ok?" He said

"dude, why did you team me up with you?" Connor asked McDonough
